The frog rider tried to swerve hard into Piddocks back wheel as he was overtaken to take him out, and it backfired on him. Serves him right….mountain biking is NOT a contact sport. As for the crowd booing….utter wankers. If you can't take a loss, don't enter any riders.

That is the best gold winning comeback Iโve ever seen on a bike, starts mid field on the start and claws back to the lead, then punctures and drops 38 seconds and claws back to the leader and then onto win. Sorry but Koretzky was given enough head starts so should have capitalised on it.

Koretski takes the slow safe outside, Tom attacks on the inside. Where the lines rejoin, Koretski is half a wheel length behind, nearly squeezes Tom off the course but Tom holds his corner and barges through. Its racing!!
