    To get there, there are a few exercises that work, but remember: no matter which exercise you choose, the key is a methodical approach. Your struggle likely isn’t with the exercise itself but with the methodical execution. To embed the movement into muscle memory and ensure it holds up under pressure, you must practice it correctly over time. Progressing from simple to complex is crucial. For example, gradually increase the intensity of your swing—start with 10%, then 20%, 30%, and so on, all the way to 100%. Don’t skip any steps; each stage must be perfected before moving on to the next.
