If it wasnt for the big 3, he would have won more slams easily. The fact he won 3, two wimbledons, 1 US open was a hell of an achievement with the big 3 all in their peak eras
He could play a bit 😁
Who dreamed up the ball girls outfits in Madrid !!??
How great are Nadal, Federer and Djokovic. Here, all 3 aren`t just beaten they are destroyed.
What would Andy have won and the others not had he not had serious prolonged injury problems?!
Foulest mouth on a tennis court
You will be missed great entertainment on court enjoy your retirement
Murray was better than Federer early in the h2h. He lead 6-2 at one stage, then 8-5. He leads Federer 8-7 on hardcourt. He was one of the best harcourt players of his generation. It took Federer till late on to catch him and even up the h2h. Even at the end fed only leads 14-11.
His most successful career move, was playing Peter Parker, in 'The Amazing Spiderman' in 2012 2014.
Hes the reason federer chokivic and nadal will never have gold medals in singles tennis
if not for his hip he would have won more slams he was world no1 before the injury.
The peak was beating prime Djokovic in straight sets in the Wimbledon Final.
Throughout his career he's done himself proud and he's done us proud too. Wishing him the happiest of retirements.
lol 3 times 😂😂😂😂out of
That point at 14:17 against djokovic was absolutely ridiculous, Murray back in his day was an absolute beast!
That has to be one of the most incredible championship winning points of all time (2016 Rome Masters Final). 99.9% of players are not winning that point for the title.
2016 the man was on fire 🔥 if the hip injury never happened the following year I honestly believe he would’ve won another 4-5 slams 😉👍🏻 Scotland’s finest 🏴
He never dominated any of those great players!
That Rolex Masters trophy 😂😂
If Murray just played more aggressively, he could often really push counter punchers like Djokovic and Nadal around.
He seems to have helped uk tennis more than Wimbers
Murray Didn't win anywhere near as many grand slams of the big three so in the grand scheme of things this video doesn't really matter and no I didn't watch till the end
Murray V Federer (11-14), Murray V Djokovic (11-25), Murray V Nadal (7-17).. He has the best record against the big three.. by almost double the number of the next guys.. Tsonga and Del Potro.. on 17 wins each in total. Despite Wawrinka also having 3 slams to his name, his successes against the big three surprisingly only total 12 wins.
He couldn’t beat an egg
5:31 holy fckn sht that match..
There was something about Murray that when he was playing at his best he just made everyone else look pathetic
No one else got anywhere near going with these guys week in week out. Stan did at the Slams three times, but every week he wasnt close. There is a reason the three of them recognise Andy as the 4th…I can't wait for the global legends tour when Novak quits and they play sell out exhibition matches..
And this is the Andy Murray people forget. Such a great player, not only winning grand slams, but easily sitting with and beating some of the greatest players of all time
Those that say Andy Murray shouldn't be named in "the big 4" don't really understand Tennis. Andy might not have as many Grand Slam titles, but he was in a lot of finals, won numerous titles in his career, pushed the other three to be their very best.
He battled injuries his whole career yet achieved so much, to imagine where Murray could've been injury free, he'd definitely have 10 or more slams.
I like the movement of Murray's left arm when he serves.
Big 1 vs Big 3
Given how much prime Alcaraz and Sinner struggle against a 37yo Djokovic, prime Murray would have been an easy world number 1 if he played in today's era. At his prime he was toe to toe with prime big 3. Current crop of players are lucky they only had to play dwindled versions of the real goats. Murray didn't have that luxury. He EARNED every single win against them.
