One of the BEST Public Course’s in Australia? (Mount Compass Golf Club)
Ron heads an hour out of Adelaide to Mount Compass Golf Club a truly hidden gem of a course. High winds and long rough will make breaking par a tough feet around this track.
Try victor gc and links lady bay. Compass is nice but those are next level. And if u want to try an epic and beautiful privately owned public course try Ashbourne. So pretty and cheap to play
Close To the best test in Adelaide, asks every shot. Unlike most courses you don't get to chip out sideways with a wide tee shot, basically lost ball. It's a real pity that 2 and 3 have been compromised, they were tough not so much now, it is most people's hope that future development doesn't continue to be detrimental to great course that it is. So good to see you there having a game, greens can get really quick. Continued success to you and your crew, thanks for your videos.
What kind of bird was it. I lived just outside Adelaide in Flag-Staff Hill. Mag pies are ever where. Some of them were very smart and nice to get what they wanted. Others were simply vucious. One thing is they never Stop trying. A gorgeous part of the world.
One of my favorite Ron video’s, the banter was epic. Thanks for showing all the fantastic courses in Australia, always been on list of places to visit.

Swoopy boi season
that bird sounded like a Spur-Winged Plover
Pretty solid round in those conditions
Some track that, so much fun watching Ron and Joel making a mockery of these amazing golf courses!!!
Topped my drive on 17th, 1 up, skimmed across the water, up the hill and ended up about 90 from the hole. Thought he was gonna kill me.
Gg
I played up there the same week and the wind was up something shocking!! Those first few holes are tough in those conditions, well played Ron!
Possibly called ' long tuffet grass ' .
Interesting when you post videos from Winter and all covered up, its almost like you might launch a jumper merch line during the warmer months.
It’s a beautiful golf course unfortunately it’s just out priced itself now $89 on a weekend

The revenge of the magpies 😂
2nd hole was better when it was a par 5.
Meow!
Played here last year and have never enjoyed losing half a dozen balls so much… Absolutely ripper course 👌🏻
Ron would be the most painful wicket keeper when batting 😂
+2 after 18 holes is not bad in those conditions, A shame about those 2 double bogey's
Sunday night Chopper… noice
Nothing like losing balls in the yum yums hahaha
That wind would if killed many golfers off
But not many golfers are called Ron Chopper
Well played mate
Used to play compass back in the early 2000’s as a kid. Loved it, got me hooked! Haven’t played in maybe 14 years after moving to Perth. I miss it!
Good round in tough conditions.
Just wondering if you have a calendar reminder for the day you can ditch Big Red’s head over? 🤔🤣
someone must be able to make Ron a hoodie to match his trademark shirt?

Plovers on golf courses are terrifying.
Don't listen to them two…You're Ronnie two beers, and if want to put Ribena in it, you go for it. 🍻

Holy s$&t! That shot off the side hill on #11 was incredible. Great round under really tough conditions mate. 👌
Another episode where joel takes 6 holes to drink a coffee. Why does he take so long? Surely coffee sponsor for joel.
