This 5 part documentary series is the follow-up to “Grapplers: No Gi, No Money” and takes you behind the scenes of PGF Season 6 as it moves from small-town Alabama to the fight capital of the world, Las Vegas. But this isn’t just about the promotion—it’s about the grapplers themselves. Follow the ups and downs, the struggles and triumphs of athletes like Matt Elkins, Elijah Carlton, former IBJJF World Champion Renato Canuto, Andy Varela, and the 17-year-old phenom Jett Thompson as they compete for respect in the rising world of submission grappling, a $100k team prize and a $20k individual champion prize.
As the world’s first and only jiu jitsu league with a preseason qualifier series, player draft, regular season, and playoff, PGF is rewriting the rules of competitive grappling.

First!
Also really keen to see Jets future. Congrats Andy!
This feels like how “Game of Thrones” felt emotionally. This is a wild journey 😮💨🤌🤌
DAMN! I wanted the kid to win so bad, just because I have kids. Andy is one of my favorite grapplers to watch, always puts its on!
Great Job Keelan, BMAC and everyone who was a part of this evolution of jiu jitsu!
Came down to who was willing to lose some teeth.
Great production on all these videos. This whole event was super dope.
Andy Varela crashing out with that slap
Andy should have received some sort of penalty for the palm strike. No one’s opposed to a little heat on the collar ties/head pushes, but that was way overkill. That was a legit palm strike to the dome, and you can see the swelling start immediately. Not very fair, Brandon.
Im so hype for the next season.
Awesome job Keelan and Isaac, and team. You made something special…again. See you in a few weeks!
Great series! Thanks for the great editing and matches.
It’s an honor to capture these moments with the crew. These guys are already stars in their own right, and now PGF solidifies the trajectory of the sport.
That was awesome. I hadn’t seen this when it was live.. I’m sure others haven’t either so putting Andy in the thumbnail with the title was a little stupid and a spoiler but nonetheless a phenomenal series.
Varela 😴🥱no one’s favourite grappler
Brandon, my man. Thank you for having me and Master Carlos Machado. I hope to see you next month 🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️❤️🥋🥋
Another great episode!
