when did bauer start getting big into sticks? I noticed not one Bauer…..I was born in 1960 and am from the Soo also (#99 went to my high school one year behind playing with Hounds)…keep up great work
That Walt curve is the p77 Coffey curve. Being a former pro shop manager and equip manager. .. this video is like hockey porn. That fiberglass on those blades was a bitch when you heated up the blade to manipulate the curve. It would always break the fiberglass seal. Sorry for the long message.. this video really hits home.
Another fascinating video, thanks man! Have you ever considered playing in the KHL? I have been watching a lot of interviews in which former players recount their experiences over there and it seems like it could be quite interesting. You'd probably tear it up, too! Have a great weekend!
Talk about a walk down memory lane. R.I.P. Bobby Hull & Stan Mikita. They were my hockey heros growing up. I remember every time I ever met them (from being 5-6 years old until being close to 50). They were always so nice and made me feel like $1M. I am fortunate enough to own a Northland Mikita and Savard. I will never give those up. Great great video! Thanks
Don't care if your dad was playing against kids, averaging nearly 4.5 goals a game is nuts. Hope he is willing to do some more videos, I can tell he has a million great stories from his career.

This week has been brutal. Thanks for coming through, man, I appreciate what you do
53 year old here…the Sherwood PMP 5030 brings back a lot of memories and in the beer league I play in now, some players still use them.
The Louisville will my stick of choice. it was so light and had good flex! sticks now are so boring.
Thanks For This Video Brendan !
Your Dad's a good guy and hockey player !!
I definitely like these twig videos , keep'em coming !
Cheers Bud 🍁🏒🥅😎👍🌴☀️
I was a Montreal stick guy growing up. It’s a shame that the wood sticks aren’t really being made anymore

That striping was to make the stick recognizable. Keep in mind back in the day TV was black and white
The reason the center line is checkered is because TV was black and white and that is what designated the center line on TV
The old sticks look much shorter.
135 goals in a season! Your dad was a beast!
TITAN brother. TITAN. Used by Lemieux and Gretzky. WOW a TITAN TPM.
Great episode! Keep giving us this information that NOBODY else is giving.❤

Excellent video. Those Canadien sticks were a favorite.
Dad does the back of the hand slap too 7:00
Another great video!
Big fan thank you for the opportunity to win I am now subscribed 🏒
Man, really enjoyed this video. I could listen to your dad talk hockey all day. Those type of sticks are what my brothers and I had growing up.
I still have one Koho 201 loved those sticks

I'm a 58 yr old goalie and collect and still use only vintage gear, including wood sticks. Awesome video!
I watched Fred Perlini at Lee Valley when I was a kid
Great stuff. I'll see if I can find a stick curve that will help my kid hit the net more. I think Fred would like that too.
