  1. A brilliant man recently said "Everybody pulls on it."
Combined with a turn back toward the ball, pulling on it tends to stand the club up an send the clubhead above the plane, making the aoa steep, path across the line out to in, etc. A feeling of tossing the clubhead back further behind us on the backswing so there feels like there is momentum in the clubhead to carry it counterclockwise further behind us from a down the line perspective can … temporarily… give us over-the-toppers or above-the-planers or club-steepeners some relief…. but this is hard to time, easy to overdo, and isn't consistent enough. So….. having watched all the over the top videos….. I'm not sure what to ask anymore. Are pros 'letting' the right arm and hand fall straight toward the earth at transition/start down? are you pulling with the right lat straight down? are you extending the right arm or lengthening the r arm at transition? What is the feel or intent of muscle activation to get that stupid club to stop torquing the clubhead up above the plane? …so… frustrating. By the by — are most of the pros swinging their clubhead under, on, or slightly over their (for reference) backswing clubhead plane?
