  1. To salty to even accept his award.
Player of his stature should be striving to show good sportsmanship. Not cry in the dressing room an snuff the ceremony. If he wasn't going to accept it he could have done an elite leader move and selected another player that may never otherwise be selected and let his msg fizzle into place.

  2. The Oilers turned it around and made it to game 7 of the SCF. Amazing work boys, and everyone in the organization!

  3. He missed the greatest opportunity of his career to cement his Legacy amongst the best !! When it matter the most, a big BUST in the biggest game, Great players find a way , he didn't, all goes for nothing, we never remember the loser of the SC finals !!

  4. Not an oilers fan but man mcdavids performance was the most spectacular thing I’ve ever witnessed

  5. Let's just hope that people don't leave, want to get traded and the free agent's re-sign with Oilers because if that happens they will be rebuilding the team for the next couple of years

  6. It was all planned a set up. They won in the last 3 games. And the very last one before the final, they scored 5-3. So what gives, to only score 1 goal in 3 periods. That’s my point of view

  7. Was rooting for the Cats but man toward the end I was rooting for McJesus and felt so bad for the loss.

  8. From Kingston Ontario my team has always been the oilers I was Heart broken last night But I know oilers dynasty will return with you Connor
    Go oilers Go
See you next season when you come to Ontario
Wife was born in Edmonton 1977 funny I married Alberta girl and love the oilers family in grimshaw she said if the oilers won the cup we would fly out see home opener regular season told her still going raise banner
    western conference’s winners
So might see you Connor sooner then later hell of season keep your head high next year
    Lord stanly is yours

  9. The curse of 1988 will always rule. The MVP, Most Valuable Pylon trophy is the closest you will ever come. And next time, go out and accept it when they call your name, you big baby.
    Reap what you sow, Edmonton.

  10. You guys on the Oilers are what legends are made of. You lost by only 1 point. You rallied for 3 straight wins after some people counted you out for the speed bumps in the first 3 games. This was not your year and I cannot imagine the disappointment of you and the Edmonton fans. But it will get better. Use the pain, frustration and anger to kick the collective butts of ALL NHL teams in 24-25. You have the mojo to win next year. Stay strong and resilient. You will overcome!

  11. These post game interviews and questions are so unnecessary. Honestly. How do you think a player feels after a loss?

  12. They just weren't good enough as the Florida Panthers, by the wine, all sportsmanship and all that stuff Florida Panthers were a little bit better, nothing but love for both teams

  13. Survivor series 1987 team hogan vs team Andre the goat all over again…

  14. Lighting fan but the oilers did such a great job. That was a huge come back down 3-0

  15. I honestly wish they would wait until the next day to interview the coaches and players. There is no need to be in their faces immediately after the game ends.

  16. Oh you poor baby. I feel for you. Probably about as badly as you felt for Barkov after Draisaitl cheap shotted him to the jaw. Left the ground with both feet and threw an elbow straight to his head. Should have been suspended but the league kissed Edmonton's rear end. Changed the series for a while because you know Barkov was concussed. Luckily it didn't decide the series.

  17. Keep Connor and Leon healthy in their next playoff run and you will win. You can build a season off of one line, but they can't run the playoffs. Connor and Edmonton get the cup next year.
