  1. Be “ fit as a fiddle “, Beloved! Focus / concentrate now on your Belly & hips as well as your back part for a better posture while sitting! YOUR SHOULDER BLADE IS OKAY, DONT WIDEN IT ANYMORE CUZ NOT NICE TO SEE in a LADY , WEARING GOWN EXPOSING YOUR BARE , BROAD SHOULDER for you may look like a MALE GYMNAST ATHLETE, NOT IN PROPORTION TO YOUR HEIGHT! OFTENTIMES YOU LOVE WEARING SLEEVELESS! SORRY, BELLE , SUGGESTION ONLY ! LOVE YOU ❤! As observed , you often STOOP or Bend forward while sitting during interviews w/c result to NOT GOOD SITTING POSTURE, & might result to scoliosis! PRACTICE sitting up or walking up straight for more better and good posture! M.H.O. ONLY. SUGGESTION! Be BLESSED, SAFE & HEALTHY , BELLE ! Backing you up in my PRAYERS! 🙏🙏🙏
