Its the truth though. He has ball skills but he doesn't beat folks with elite speed or routes. Or yac…he does alot good….but other than ball skills he's good but not super elite. Bruh he's the best player but he's not the best receiver or CB. He has the best Qb in the country in an offense where he gets over 10 targets per game. But I will say he's top 3 or 4 at both. Maybe top 2 or 3. As a receiver he's not better than Burden and Will Johnson is a better db. The speed will be maybe what sets his ceiling lower than other top guys at WR and at CB

The only time that Travis Hunter covered a quality Wide Receiver and Quarterback was last season against Stanford. He covered Elic Ayomanor one on one the whole game and got lit up for, 13 catches, 3 touchdowns and 294 yards. So the jury is still out on Travis Hunter, as the level of competition that he's played is weak.
