And in that discourse, he's completely right about Gobert. And this is the problem w the NBA. But this is our society right now. And valuing the wrong people standing in for the wrong roles, fucks all equity. This is the exact same conversation 1 of 10 ppl are having daily.
It's not principles or morals or changing time. It's straight up a lack of rewarding, seeking, and accommodating our best. We're accommodating those that mesh satiable commercial images or are pliable. It's not bringing out weakest links up. It's giving them no one to model after to be great at what they are.
We can't all hack every system for gain. It's not possible.
