FAQ: What’s with the Cousin Mickey Tettleton/Terry Pendleton bit?
It’s a reference to an episode of Perfect Strangers that has lived in my head since 1989 or whenever. Skip to 6:20 of this video to see the anticlimactic source: https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x6pjs05
Why do you mention Orel Hershiser being superstitious?
Like how Wade Boggs ate chicken before every game, there was a rumor that Orel ate something called a “Cactus Loaf” from the Korb Torson’s grocery store during his record-setting scoreless innings streak in 1988 and kept it going, even after leaving the Dodgers. Orel himself denied the rumor on Twitter.

First! Two of my favorites 91 Fleer and 93 Stadium Club! I wore my sunglasses for the Fleer!
I remember feeling so disappointed by my first pack of 1991 Fleer that I felt a little sad as a kid, even though my graphic design days were years away. Now it’s a nostalgic, yellow curiosity.
What would you say if I told you I can identify the other guy on the Andres Galarraga card??
David needs to move a bit to the West
Brien Taylor basically vanished
The dinger in the Chipper was a bumbler.
93 stadium club are indeed Tampa proof . I'm sorry if you are a Stadium Club fan living in central Florida
Fleer is better looking then the borders of the 88 & 89 donruss
Did you say the Spice Guild was involved in Cardception? Was that a Dune reference?
Great stuff again! Several cubbies in the packs! Current and former! Willie Wilson for the Cubs, Joe Girardi, Terry Mulholland, but Brian Taylor for the win easily!
