Interesting video. As a (very) amateur golfer, and as mentioned by another commenter, this weist actions appears to me to be 'releasing' the club. Your reply to the other comment tells me you can release the club without this flicking wrist action. Now i don't doubt you, and will be some more research into this, so should be interesting! Never a dull day trying to learn golf. Cheers.
