Not going to lie, that Chandler drive before the Jones fumble was my favorite
Somebody give the guy with glasses something to drink.
Best thing to ever happen to Darnold-is Mcarthy getting injured.
Declan is happy he keeps his stashe
Got to watch the first half and had to go to work, checking on the game. What a game. This team stays healthy nobody wants to play the Vikings
Congrats Vikes, Be Flo unleashed the beast in the second half
The Stud Stable is going to be sick.
Attitude on Defense!! Deebo tossed by Metellus! Now, Diggs returns vs Jets!
Stop talking about McHandoff and how great he's going to be. If Darnold rocks it this year and getsvto the NFC championship or the superbowl we HAVE to resign him. Relying on a rookie that payed one half preseason game and everyone goes nuts is REDICULOUS. He played one half a preseason game against a Raiders team with 2nd and 3rdvteam players in. Oh boy im excided. Not. Im not giving up a regular season qb that excels for a rookie that might and I mean might excel. We can always trade McHandoff. Darnold is only 27 and yhat means a decade of a franchise qb. Lets get real folks.
Darnolds throw from the endzone to Jefferson in dtride was the most beautiful pass I've seen from a vikings qb in a long time. 56 yards in the air is no small task to put it on a dime.
I hope the Vikes bring up Richter and Rodriguez for Texans game
Ty wanted to throw that ball and should have went down in bounds
THE STACHE STAYS!!!!
Pedo mustache dec!!!!!! Yaaaaay
I'm not surprised at all by this defensive performance. If you watched it last year, you could see the potential. They played at a top 5 level defense last year for the majority of the season, even without the depth they have now. The depth they have now is the difference and more sustainable. Once KOC and BFlo got there, they had to clean up a lot of mess from the previous regime. In order to get to this level of play they had to let a few things play out until they could really do what they wanted to Do. Last year was the TRUE transition year. Kirk Cousins contract held them back, then injuries and so on. Once Kirk left, it freed up so much more cap space. which, in return, allowed Flores and Koc to recruit more depth to make everything come together!
Patrick Jones had Trent Williams on the spin cycle.
Cashman balled for the hometown crowd 🫡 skol
Jalen nailor blocking for Jettas 90+ yards away from the line of scrimmage 🙌
Brock Purdy as a starter (including playoffs):
vs NFC 18-0
vs Flores 0-2
I don't know what it is, but Purdy looks like he's seeing ghosts when he plays the Vikings. A bit skittish.
Not to nitpick, but that play calling on the final series, was truly baffling. Why did KOC all of a sudden try to get cute and risk a turnover when a FG ends the game? All he had to do was pound the ball 3 straight times, run clock, and kick the FG. Instead he has Ty Chandler attempt his first pass ever, risking a dumb INT or having him run out of bounds. And then the quick screen to Jones, risking a backward pass, incompletion, or pick-6. Just run the damn ball. We were gashing them pretty well. You only need to get cute when you're having trouble moving the ball or when you're steamrolling someone. KOC always tries to get cute when the game is on the line. Like a double shove with Mullens and Powell when you only need 1 yard in OT and your starting RB has 150 yards.
Pace is a monster
Jalen nailor is a boss. We are stacked at wr
The Cashman dude surprises me the most. Very good player.
There is one thing I noticed watching the first two games, besides the fact our Vikes are cooking, is the coaches and how electric they. From KOC, B Flo, and even Matt Daniels excitement on that blocked punt. In all the years watching the Vikes I really haven’t seen this much excitement from the coaching staff. Skol Vikes!
Respectfully we have the best depth in the league . We are really the biggest sleeper team in the league
I was at the game, despite there being a lot of red as Bernese claimed, they were QUIET up until that late TD in the second half. Vikings fans were electric throughout.
Adam theilen blocked punt against carolina in like 2015??? I think it might have been one of his first TDs in the NFL
I have been on the show a couple of times… I always mention turn overs being a problem for this team… Sam Darnold another Pick and then some is always fumbling….
We need to cut that out otherwise it's going to blow up another big game this season at some point.
I ate 42 wings after the game. Let’s go almost killed 2 24 packs of the boneless. Thanks quick trip
Fred warner saved the 9ers from a 7 place drop in power rankings. This one could have been really ugly
better bring it next week also, Houston looks legit.
We actually had more yards. Considering how much less time we had possession, that’s nuts.
Grossi is right my Vikes are indeed the Purple Incarnation of satan. Remember the sign over Vikings fans, “Abandon all hope who enter here.” Right now he gives us hope. Then BOOM! 😂
Loved what we say from Nailor in this game. That key completion late in the game which extended the last FG drive was clutch.
I've never seen Judd so excited.
A silver lining of the 2022 draft, the picks on offense are all contributing: Ingram, Chandler, Nailor, Muse (and Lowe who was traded for a 6th). My take is that Donnatel had a big role in picking the defensive players.
How about the fact that the Vikings owns the winning streak in Minneapolis since 1992. 8-0 I believe….crazy stat
Espn told me they will get the first pick in the draft tho, 😂
Mackey looking for an apology after the previous week degrading a 31 year old full back who blocked a punt this week which is a game momentum changer.
Can someone post the time stamps of all the dogs? 😄🐕
You guys all have Cousins derangement syndrome. The Vikings beat this team last season with cousins and no jefferson the whole game.
Chandler running out of bounds on the half back pass wasn’t ideal but I don’t hate it BECAUSE, he didn’t have the ball tucked and was about to get hit hard. I think if he takes that hit, there is a good chance he fumbles it.
I’m sorry but I haven’t seen anything from Darnold that Kirk didn’t do on a regular basis.
We didn’t win because darnold was better. We won because we could actually afford a defense and solid RB.
