Pádraig Harrington uses the Superspeed Squeeze to help improve his grip strength, which is important to help stabilise the club face through impact. Although the tool is not specifically designed by Superspeed for this purpose, he has found a benefit from hitting shots with it.
In this video I put this into practise by testing out the benefits of hitting whilst using the squeeze. I compare my ball speed and carry distance before and after using the tool, as well as the impact it has on my ground reaction forces.
If you have used the tool yourself as a grip training aid or for hitting balls, let me know how you have got on with it in the comments.
