Hi liked the video,I’m 67 and have lost distance over the years however off the tee I hit it straight I find it easy to tilt and I draw my left leg back because I’m a lefty,it’s off the deck I struggle with consistency could those sequences be used with a hybrid or iron. Thanks
A great breakdown & clear informative video, thank you Jack!
The same lack of flexibility and muscular response that prevents a full turn in the backswing , vprevents the correct sequencing on the downswing if you do increase the body rotation. It’s all well and good turning more, but if you can’t make good and consistent contact with the ball you just hit it further into the woods. That’s why many seniors restrict their backswing. It’s the only way they can hit the ball consistently. I know you mean well but young people cannot fully understand the limitations imposed by getting old. Watch this again when you are 70 years of age and see how useful you think it is.
