Down to earth and good or bad, he’s always willing to do the media to explain the his thought process to the fans – without sounding condescending I might add (unlike other STL GM’s) He doesn’t have to do this stuff but it’s always fascinating to hear him speak. Love Army, he has been a wonderful GM. Right or wrong, hes was had a vision, always taken advice and always altered his plan if it was not working. Hes been aggressive in gaining assets and utilizing those assets.
