  1. XXIO has a great marketing scheme. Be no more premium than any other club, make them gold and gaudy, sell them for a ridiculous amount of money, and be as forgiving as possible. This is great because it targets rich morons who go on Golf Galaxy and order the most expensive thing they can find but are no good at the game.

  2. Starting off with those shovels are only going to hinder your game in the long run if you want to actually get good: start out with something like the AP2s if you want to get good but still want some beginner forgiveness. They’re Too chunky & there’s too much bounce/sole with those other clubs, when it’s time to get a decent set you’re going to have to change you whole golf swing because those are set up to scoop & hit the ball fat instead of compress the ball. My 1set were some McGregor blades, then titliest DCIs then I hit scratch and went to the titleist 690 MBs. Anything that’s not a blade pw-5i doesn’t shape or trej right for me, not enough spin, hot balls that carry too long, they’re ugly at address, etc. if you’re serious about the game learn with blades or at least a players club. Same as guitar, learn with a shit guitar then move to a nice one and you rip. Tiger had Charlie in some blades young. Don’t believe the propaganda that “they’re so hard to hit”, it dont matter the stick until they’re basically fat doled woods like the “irons” shown: every club has an identical sized sweet spot , a single point.
