I discovered this cool new device that shows you how to consistently hit your irons like the pro’s. In fact it showed a complete beginner golfer with barely any experience how to properly swing a golf club. It’s incredible, watch the full video here: https://youtu.be/5juGSn1m8ag

How to swing irons in golf

ABOUT DANNY
———————–
Thanks for stopping by. I created this website as a resource just for you to support you on your golfing journey as I know how tricky learning this game can be…to say the least!

I personally found learning the game too long and difficult in the early days. I read all the books, watched all the videos but my game was not improving. Then after studying various forms of neuro science, motor learning, psychology and personal development in less than two years I went from struggling golfer to the final stage of the Open Championship.

On YouTube and my personal website (www.dannymaude.com) I will bring you the most up to date training, training that is getting tangible results for my clients right now. I don’t know where you are in your golfing journey, you could be just starting out or maybe your body isn’t as flexible as it once was or you’ve got ambitions to slash your handicap. Wherever you are I’ve created a place here you can learn, share your ideas, ask questions and get all the support you need to enjoy this great game.

Be prepared though. If it’s a quick fix you are after Im not your man. Here I will give you step-by-step advice that you can take straight to the practice ground and apply to the course but it will require you to get stuck in, screw up…a lot, practice some more and then watch those scores tumble

I’ve had the pleasure of coaching thousands of students all around the world and if you are up for the challenge and are ready to get in the game…LETS GO TO WORK!

This golf lesson provides a couple of wonderful drills to help you hit your driver straight. If you are a beginner golfer and are looking for some golf driver tips that are simple and easy to do then you are going to love this.

I will show you the golf swing slow motion so that you can see what you need to do to improve.

We look at 3 things:

1. How to stop slicing your driver
2. How to swing more in to out or how to swing more inside out
3, How to get the correct impact position with driver

and I hope to do all this with simple golf tips so you can create an effortless golf swing

  1. Here we go. The top golf tubers all using the same tag lines for a few weeks. Now everything is addictive! Ride that algorithm.

  2. Danny I absolutely love your videos. I have learned more about golf and made more progress in my game in the past month than I did in 20 years. One thing I love about your videos is how easy it is to take what you are teaching to the range to work on it the right way. It is amazing how far you hit the ball with such an effortless swing. One thing I struggle with is not moving up and down with my head during the golf swing. It would be very helpful if you did a video on how to keep your posture and not drop down when you are swinging. Hopefully I am making sense. Thanks!

  3. Hey mate, how do you stop the wrists over hinging in the back swing, or how do you stop over swinging? Cheers in advance.

  4. Good one Danny that credit card trick. I used a chopstick before but it usually starts going sideways in my glove. Will try it!

  5. Danny, another great video. Would you have a fix for the ultimate game killer in the “shanks”?!!!!! I’ve had them for two months. I’ve been to three pro’s and I can’t fix it. Please help!!!

  6. Something I'm realizing in my own swing is that my lead and trail hands were fighting each other in the swing. I'm starting to grip a bit firmer in my lead hand and almost have no pressure on my trail hand just enough to maintain contact. I will add the credit card and see how it works. Thanks again

  7. Hi Danny great content as usual!, would you have a link to assist in contacting the ball consistently in that Inside Out swing path ?

  8. Being mindful of achieving lead-wrist flexion at-the-top was transformational to my game a few years ago. At address, with a neutral-ish grip, the lead-wrist starts with some extension. Question: do you generally promote a flexion checkpoint during takeaway? or at any point between address and top-of-backswing?

  9. Watched this video Saturday morning. Played a round immediately after and knocked 5-10 shots off my usual round by following this lesson! Excellent Danny! Thanks for this!

  10. I have been a fan of yours for years and swear by your advice. However, this device is over the top in price when a credit care will do. Please tell me that you have no financial incentive to promote the device.

  11. Extraordinary Danny how your latest video always covers what I am working on at the time! For example I only recently discovered how good it felt at the top to cock my wrists and have the face of the club point downwards. Just as I am patting myself on the back you come along and say that's all wrong. I will try it out tomorrow. Many thanks.

  12. I feel like if you took an empty sleeve of golf balls and cut it in half lengthwise and folded it, it'd be rigid enough to use for a full swing for a while and you'd have two of them for each sleeve. I do struggle with this exact same thing in the video. I do get decent compression on my irons but I do have the tendency to have the club fly wide open. Coupled with the fact that I also have the tendency to hook the ball and while you'd hope they'd cancel each other out it never does. It's always a gamble on which is going to happen.

  13. Danny,
Which version of the hack-motion where you using for this lesson out of the 3 they range from 250-almost 1000 USD. And if you were using the most expensive pro version, what were the benefits of using that one for your teaching?

  14. So this is bowing the wrist at the top of the backswing. And if you are less flexible, you can take a three-quarter swing. Striking the ball with the bowed wrist will square the club and then allow you to naturally finish with the clubface towards your target and then up and around your lead shoulder. But on shorter wedge shots, you finish earlier after the ball strike. The pros do this all the time. Love the credit card tip. Perhaps using a tee will do the same – even better with some sting from pointed end if you cup instead of bow your wrists.

  15. Hackmotion and Dewiz should merge. If you had swing path and wrist angle during the swing, you would have a winning product!

  16. Another great lesson! What I find humorous, is that whenever I watch videos of a lesson, the students rarely take enough practice swings for my liking. Everyone just wants to hit the ball so quickly after seeing a new drill.

  17. Once again a great video. The credit card trick is superb. Will you be featuring Hackmotion regularly? I have one but don't feel like I am getting the most out of it.

  18. Love my Hackmotion device. Just upgraded to the new model. Hips have to be significantly turned at impact, just like the pros or any skilled hitters. Hips turned allowed wrist to remain bowed, with club lag and shaft lean. It all went together. Hips facing the ball on impact, or turning insufficiently simply didn't allow for those things to happen. Hackmotion is what finally helped me figure that out.
