  1. Loved the AC/DC reference. Rock on mate. Looks like sometimes your alignment is a little right at times. Unless you trying to hit the little pull cut then it's fine. Loved the style of this one. Great camera work . Keep grinding sir. 😁

  2. I mean @2:40 .. the strike, the ball flight, the soft landing…. that's why you play golf, a well struck iron into a par 3 will always keep me coming back to play more rounds. Quality round, great shots the both of you.

  3. I use to work at St Mellion in the pro shop and would play the Nicklaus after most shifts. It is an amazing course and I would highly recommend going.
You can get twighlight golf in the summer which makes it cheaper too.

The shop also always has good deals on so make sure to check them out.

  4. i went to St Mellion and played it just after 1st lock down , its a cracking course VERY hard , you need to be accurate and able to stop yourself over hitting , keep it in play on the short stuff if you can. This video is the BEST one of st mellion ive seen , its very well filmed

  5. On the par 5, you say that Tyler goes into the hazard and drops. You then say it is a birdie putt…which I assume it isn't?

  6. Toughest course in England? first shot = pull it left to a banking what will kick anything back to middle of the fairway.

  7. Such a better way of filming these matches love the format so you can just concentrate on your game, also enjoyed seeing course management explained around the Nick, will definitely think about it more next time I go down 👍

  8. How did Tyler make a birdie on that par 5 after driving into the Hazzard and having to drop and then layup?@ 4:104:37 4:50 tylers putt for birdie. nope!

  9. Played this course when I played off 6, went round 5 over I was well happy very hard course with no bail out areas I can see why the pros don’t like playing it, I vowed not to play it again as I felt I played so well and didn’t want to spoil the memory but I would. Top golf course.

  10. this is exactly the kind of vlog style that I hate. I really don't care about the details of your lie or what shot you intended to take or what you think about the outcome and the running score. What I care about is what I can SEE from watching your video not your stupid running monologue of your fucking idiotic opinion. Play the fucking game. Your actions are what matter not your worda and damm sure not your opinion a hour ot a week after the match. Worry about that going into the next round. One of the biggest problems in golf is worrying too much about your past shots and not enough about the shots in front of you. When you decide and execute poorly, what does that tell you? That you have problems making decisions or executing or even both. Don't assume that you're just executing badly. Quite often your planned shot is the problem compounded by poor execution. When you play badly you show a lack of talent and skill at both. Accept the mistakes of your past. Worry about how well you play going forward. Whatever your lie or choice of shot or course.

The whole advantage of match play is the ability to rely on an apponent making boneheaded decisions and executing poorly under pressure. But you still have to put pressure on them. You can't just walk to the first tee, say "I'm a better player than you" and win. Your opinion is only worth as much as your ability to play well and if you are happy taking 3 shot swings up and down over 18 holes THEN BE HAPPY and stop yapping so much. Just say "watch me play this course in 3 over par". Show the video. Done. What else could you say that could possibly justify you yapping on about it for 15 minutes a day later.

  11. It seems like when you do try to hit these really low drives you are getting quite a lot of right misses, something to consider

  12. 7:13 casually bins a bunker shot and immediately goes to the rake as if nothing happened. Are you kidding me! That’s electric as fuck

  13. James, if Tyler dropped out of the hazard on the Par 5, then it wasn’t a birdie putt he had, just a very good par with a penalty

  14. I probably would sell my soul for that ball flight/follow through on the par 3 that you birdied… You might wanna consider a tutorial after this comment reaches 1K like 😉

  15. Wonderful course this is, thanks for the Video. Great work on both of these vids, You really show how beautiful the course is. Just one tip: kindly mention the hole number at tee off. Thats it, otherwise, cracking work!
