  1. Great to see a new video!

The overturning issue is something I’ve struggled with for a long time. The second tip is gold! Feels weird at first, but contact is much more consistent and there doesn’t seem to be any loss in distance. Thanks!

  2. Matt I remember Larry trying to get you to make that move from the top a couple of years ago. Why does our brain always go back to what we do wrong ?

  3. I would still like to see you review even if you struggle. As mid handicapper, it's actually a bit frustrating mostly see scratch golfers review hitting all perfect shots and telling if it is heely or toey.. I can barely tell the difference.. Good to have you back

  4. Crazy Matt! I went from the T100s to the LIMIT3D last month. Echo everything you are saying. So much more forgiving. And they are gorgeous

  5. Your swing issues are the same as mine, and what you describe is actually part of what's been called the "no turn cast drill", where a player feels like they make the entire back swing without really turning the body. It's helped me a bunch although I always go back to old habits of over rotating. I totally got what you were saying about it feels horrible but looks really good. Golf is a crazy game.

  6. Also – with the limit3d 4 iron I am gapping from there to my 5w. Rather than play a 3w that I can’t hit well, I carry two drivers now. Ping g430 lst at 9* and 44 inch shaft. And a cobra darkspeed LS 8* head playing 6.5* at 45.5 inches. I rarely ever have approaches where it’s 280 into a par 5. So what’s the point of a 3w? Really love the two driver setup. Took some work to get the swingweighting dialed in, but having a short driver is so nice on tight tee shots. I hit a 44 inch forgiving driver so much straighter than a 3w.

  7. Surprised you went with the midsize version of roo grips. Thought they were close to GP. Would also be interesting to see the Axiom x Cobra 3d combo since your previous testing with the Axiom shafts. Love your stuff!

  8. Being 3D printed their future plans probably include custom printing ($$$$). Basically they will be printed to the player preferred Loft/Lie.

  9. Nice. Those Cobra irons are tempting. I wonder how much more (if at all) more forgiving they are than my King Tours from a few years back

  10. Do you have issues with club tangle in your golf bag given the size of your grips and how tacky they are? If so, what do you do to reduce it?

  11. i love watching this because i have the same problem with the legs and the early turning, and to your point its sloppy and really a lot of work to recover from. I'm working on the same things you are atm and its REALLY hard lol

  12. I deal with the exact same thing. I have a hard time maintaining width and the lag makes things a bit narrow in transition. I have to do a lot of drills with driver feeling like im making half swings keeping hands as far away from me as possible.

Never a problem with the irons but as you work your way up the bag, we deal with the exact same pattern difficulties. Hoping we both can nail it down and clean it up this winter

  13. Love the update on your swing. More YouTubers should do this. Even higher handicappers can learn a bit by listening to people explain what better players work on.

  14. I’m actually going down to a 12 club setup next season using single length Avodas LW-4i, putter, driver. I don’t encounter needing 250-300 yd shots that much so just no need for the fairway woods. Wish me luck!

  15. I’ve been gaming T100 all season and do not find them forgiving at all. Thought my previous Mizuno JPX Tours were more forgiving honestly

  16. TXG (Club Champion) is nothing without Matt Blois. Love your journey since you left them and always great to see your videos pop up in my feed. Keep doing what you're doing mate. You're channel deserves so many more subscribers. Your in depth swing analysis is about the best in the game.

  17. Always a treat when a Matt Blois video comes out. Glad to hear you and your shop are doing well! Like the look and sync of the less rotated backswing! 💣

  18. I am not in your league with the golf swing speed but I like your reviews – please don't go commercial like so many other reviewers!
