Used to work on this course twenty years ago. I was back there last year. Have to say, Trump has made great improvements to the course and the hotel and surrounding areas. Like him or not, he saved a golf institution.

Who decides or judges what a beautiful golf course has to look like..? To me this video, like many others from Rick , are purely commercial oriented to earn more money for himself and his team. There are many beautiful golf courses on the planet and Mr. Shields hasn’t seen or played all of them. 😜😜😜
These comments are savage 🤣 It's a lovely looking course but Trump can stick his £1000 rounds where the sun don't shine. There are plenty of others to choose from.
The issue with gapping between pw and 9 iron is probably due to modern strong irons. Gapping between pw and 9 iron can be over 5 degrees whereas 5 iron to 4 iron is probably 2.5 degrees. Hence super strong lofts are bad for your game. Thats why gamers irons tend to have even 4 degree gaps and pretty consistent yardages between clubs.
