Alligator Ribs are new to market and in this video we show you how to cook them on a Traeger Grill. Chef Sam and I show you two ways to prepare them and we are both surprised how good they turned out. This is great recipe for a party that will sure make people say WOW.
List of ingredients for Sam’s Rub –
1 tbsp Paprika
2 tsp Cumin
1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
3 tbsp white sugar
1 teaspoon white pepper
1.5 tsp garlic powder
1.5 tsp Onion powder
Chef’s Notes –
If i were to make the gator ribs again, I would cook them at 225 for 2 hours and glaze them briefly every 30 mins. After 2 hours, I’d spray them heavily with the glaze and wrap them in foil for 1 more hour. Then I would unwrap them and finish them unwrapped for 20 mins. glazing them 2 more times.
