Sad how many of those names have been fishing, true fishing, for years. Sounds to me like your FFS guys had no problems. I have a feeling after Sunday, you’re going to seeA LOT of “BIG NAMES” go out of Bassmaster. This is a shame all because of FFS. That’s all you’re going to have is a line up of “spotlighters”. I WILL NOT SUPPORT BASSMASTER IN ANY SHAPE, FORM OR FASHION, if they let this happen. Guys have lost their jobs. People don’t care though. I do, but I don’t matter because I’m anti FFS. SAD!!!!!!
Ouch!! If I’m not mistaken Boyd Duckett and Gary Klein have ownership in MLF. So in all likelihood there will probably be a field change made to accommodate them, Gary’s definitely one of the OG Hammers. Does that mean he’ll have to prequalify through the Invitationals ?Kinda sad …Bummed about Matt Stefan too, he fished hard to get there and gets cut after the first season due to the field size changes. I feel for all the guys that got cut, they’re all Hammers, all the time money and hard work they put in for basically nothing… unless you count broken dreams.
Sickening to think of that many people hammering the crap out of those bass at one time.
