Black Chrome Srixon ZX7s. Such a pure feeling club and shot shaping, ball flight and spin is elite with them
I watched this video and realized that my plans for the evening have changed. I will be re-watching it over and over again🌺
Sorry to hear about your Dad. The clubs are a nice connection to him.
Mizuno 923 forged here! Great feeling with a little extra juice!
That's a nice bag. Where did you get it??
A veritable compendium of reviews – well done. However the Blueprint is terrifying 😮
Just realized that my life was incomplete without this video. Thank you, YouTube, for the new emotions✨
Wilson original LaunchPad irons
Kirkland Signature, incredible irons for the price.
Srixon zx7, 68 years young. Love the feel and the confidence they inspire, not to mention how great they look.
There’s loads of tour pros using Ping i230’s and other similar irons so why go for anything smaller
I got a set of i230s last year when they were new, and I can't see any reason to change them anytime soon
PXG 0211DC with senior graphite shaft ⛳️
Wilson staff cb
Unbelievably good
Takomo 101Ts in play for almost a year. Not planning on going to anything else for the foreseeable.
T150 from AP218
Are the new Taylormade P7CB as soft as the Wilson Staff CB? The Wilsons are so soft.
Still loving my Ping i500 3-pw. To this very day, I still get compliments on how beautiful they look
923 forged love them
Playing Orka RS10 CB’s 5-PW with OD 50,54,58 wedges! No reason to change, they’re fitted, longer than my i210’s which were my previous irons! Forged, super soft and drop dead gorgeous to look at! I also have a set of Lynx forged Tour blades, 3-PW for zeroing my strike in and for fun!
Sorry to hear about your dad. P
I currently game a set of Maltby irons I built. Ts4 in the 8-pw and ts1 IM in the 5-7.
Thanks James. Are you still playing Takomo as your everyday gamers?
PXG got lots of Love for their $$$ …
No Ping g530? No mizuno 245?
Great review James nice to have an overview of each category.
Curious how much difference there are from 2024 Irons to 2022 Irons. Same Class Game Improvement 2024 vs Game Improvement 2022. Seems like there has not been that much in change
Playing Mizuno 923 Forged. Best I have ever owned. I play the OnCore vero x1 golf ball
James thank you so much for letting me know I need the highest handicap club lol, RIP🕊️ your dad james
Takomo 201
Still using the Ping I3 Blades and can't wait to upgrade! Great video!
Ping i230 – good enough for the best players, forgiving enough for the worst players, and look good enough for everyone.
Nothing “feels” like a Mizuno
Wish Takomo would release the 101’s in the copper finish
Taylormade speed blade nock offs from a company in California 4thruPW $100 brand new I have been using them for three years best irons I have ever used 😅
Titleist T200
I’m using Ping G425s
Maltby TS3. I’ve played so many big brands and these are amazing.
Brought Wilson dynapower forged, still waiting for them to arrive
The modern golf ball has given older clubs new life. Golfers are tired of paying big bucks for the annual micro creep. Shaft technology is making a paradigm shift compared to head technology. You’d be better off investing in a shaft upgrade for your older kit than just outright buying a 2024 set with mass produced shafts.
I would love to see the 11s clubs tested by a slow swinging player that hits a driver 165yd.
