This is a full body workout with 5 exercises. You dont need any equipment to do this. Quick and intense workout session that will target all muscle groups.

It contains the following exercises:
1. Inchworm Walk
2. Jump Squats
3. Plank Rock
4. Jump Lunges
5. Spiderman Plank

Each exercise has been performed for 30 seconds with 10 seconds rest in between. Full circuit has been repeated twice with 20 seconds rest between circuits.

I have used bollywood mashup during the workout. This will help keep your energy level high.
