Coach Dad can across a barely used set of Jack Nicklaus Golden Bear Powercurve clubs which were from about 20 years ago, this video is a head-to-head against a modern day club, to see how different the feel, forgiveness and distance matches up old tech to new tech.
The comparison will be with Titleist AP2s (about 4 years old) looking at PW, 7I, 5I and also a 3I against a Titleist 3 hybrid.
It is not entirely a like-for-like challenge as the Golden Bear clubs are graphite shafted and Titelist steel, but it will give a fair representation of how we played golf 20 years ago copmared to now!
