2 things you might want to experiment with her next. 1) Try to get her arm more internally rotated to where the elbow is pointing more out. It's pointed completely down. 2) Have her throw a lighter Leopard, Relay, or other slightly flippy or neutral 6-speed driver. Excited to see her journey! Keep up the great work Dylan!
I'm sending this video to my wife immediately! I agree with Nick that an additional tip is to keep that elbow up and out, like a waiter with a towel draped over their arm keeping the forearm horizontal. Keep up the great work Dylan!
One huge tip that I think gets largely overlooked – it's another one that I figured out from Overthrow – is keep your hand closed. I saw tutorial after tutorial that mentions the disc ripping out of your hand. I've watched about snap, the hit, and so on. But it wasn't until Josh said something about 90+% of form videos he reviews, the very next freeze frame after the disc comes out, their hand is open – that it finally hit me that I was opening my hand. I went to the field and worked on that one thing, and it was a pretty big Aha. I don't think this gets nearly enough attention.

IceBerg Coaching? it'd be cool to see a 9 hole vid with Nicole, but you gotta choose a beginner course too.
