Stanford Adjunct Faculty Member Burke Robinson, who helped the San Francisco 49ers develop their vision statement, conducted a workshop on the six elements of quality decision making in the face of uncertainty at the 7th Annual Campbell Trophy Summit, proudly sponsored by Intuit, at Stanford University on July 26, 2024.
The workshop covered decision-making and the importance of having a clear vision statement. He also highlighted the importance of understanding risk and reward in decision-making and the role of vision statements in guiding success. Additionally, he discussed various decision analysis methods and valuation techniques, and emphasized the importance of having a clear vision and proper framing in decision making, including his work with San Francisco 49ers and GM John Lynch.
