Golf needs to take a stance and return it to amateurs – eliminates all the whining, scheduling issues and quality of play is still at the highest elite level and my bet is there would be more fans engaged

Picking Scheffler not to win will be like taking candy from a baby. I don’t think Morikowa, Schauffle, or Clark will win but Schauffle has been playing really well so I think he will medal
The first time I watched you guys(less than a year ago)I remember thinking did that guy, Lav just completely rip on the older dude, Rex for whatever ridiculous take he had? It seemed like genuine dislike being projected by Lav towards Rex with the awkward pause and all. Good stuff
Rahm and Rory have good experience from 2018 on this course. I like Niemann as well. LIV players have an edge due to playing on a similar course at JCB UK last weekend.

Inaccuracy and mistakes should be punished in an olympic event, as they are in most other olympic events.

If there are only 120 golfers, why not have them play the same days the first week, with a cut of the top 40 each. Then have a mixed or team event the second week. Need to think outside the box.
