As a Member, something feels wrong about this. "Ana," as you call her, has repeatedly driven right past my group as we wave to her for service, she had loud music and was looking at her phone. I've also seen the bev cart parked behind the Port-A-Johns next to the 15th for at least a half hour, with Ms. Adams nowhere in sight. Our dues keep going up and the service keeps going down hill. I don't know if I can renew my membership if things continue this way, CPG.
