Avoid subscription based monitors, they are a rip off.
I have the Eye mini and since the last update where they fixed the spin, it's just the best monitor under 5k.

Hey Mitch, got a question for you. I was looking at the Uneekor Eye Mini Lite and a few months ago I saw you could unlock it for a certain price instead of paying the subscription. I was looking again this weekend and it seems like they've taken this option away and there is only a subscription service. Do you have any other information about this?
What’s brilliant video till you got to Uneekor! Yes 2900 bucks for an Eye Mini Lite which is 2300 quid approx is fantastic. The problem is you can’t get one in the UK for less than 3650 quid. 5k the mini.

I have the mlm2pro. All the ball data is there. So for me it was, do I want to spend an additional 4–15k to get club data. I choose to save the money and just rely on the ball data to help figure out what I was doing with the club. Very happy with my choice. Great launch monitor for the price point.
What about apps like "Golfboy" or "shot vision"?
Would you say the Full Swing Kit is FINALLY accurate enough both indoors and outdoors? Or is it still very unreliable for the $5k?
Mitch, this was a good overview of what is out there, but something that never seems to get discussed in any of these reviews is support. Through trial and error I worked my way up the price ladder from the Garmin to Uneekor. As you guide discusses, I learned that radar units require more space than there published minimums, which I did not have, so photometric became a requirement. SkyTrak+ was first choice and it failed miserably and my request of for post purchase support was finally answered 4 or more weeks after the unit had been returned. Then EyeMini went on sale and I took a chance on it because at the time Bushnell pricing model was much different and the subscriptions are quite expensive. Fast forward 9 months and I am extremely happy with the EyeMini and the support staff are first rate. The feedback system works and I have a response within 24hr. Once I needed to talk with someone and it happened in just 18 hours. The staffer was knowledgeable and had direct access to the development team. In a short time the problem was solved and I was back up and hitting shots. In 30 years of working with tech companies this might be the best experience I have had. If you are going to layout that kind of money for a launch monitor it’s good to know the folks standing behind the product have a genuine interest in making your experience be the best it can be. Uneekor is that kind of a company and the EyeMini is a great launch monitor with a combination of features not found in any other device in its price range. Extremely happy with my purchase and with the knowledge that my subscription provides a means for continued updates and product support that is unrivaled,
