are you using the 16:9 ratio format on the projector? i notice there is a couple of feet on the projector that is not being utilized. Can you get the projector to fit the entire screen by going to 4:3 ratio? Thanks

Thanks for the review. I have just returned my SkyTrak plus for a full refund for the following reasons:
1- constantly lost connection between the SkyTrak plus and the iPad. This was even after SkyTrak support finally admitted that the tech doesn’t like mesh networks and I consequently set up a totally separate network on a hard wired access point, taking care to separate the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands as the SkyTrak doesn’t like those on the same SSID either. Still the unit constantly loses connection in both direct mode and network mode.
2- the app- what a piece of underdeveloped junk, it crashes randomly, does not follow even the most basic design standards for iOS software and whilst the features are great the usability is awful especially if you try to use it with a newer iOS device without the home button and why on earth do you have to come out of the app every time you switch between functions in the app?
3-accuracy of the readings: I found that the carry distances were pretty accurate but that was the only accurate reading that I got – and that’s available for $300 with the Garmin. The spin rates, face angle, face to path, launch angles were all way off vs a Trackman. In fact I tried to get my unit to give me an out to in and open face reading by deliberately chopping across the line with a massively open face and the reading was face angle 3 open and path inside 4 degrees !!!!
All told this is a totally underdeveloped piece of technology that shouldn’t be beyond the alpha lab let along on the market to consumers.
one more question, is that as tight as the screen gets? ive noticed on other simulators as well as on skytrak website the screen looks tighter than it does in person on your video. just curious, thanks for the video.. you are the only one on the web with this bundle lol

What Skytrack model is this? Also, is everything included in the shipment, or do you have to buy anything to go with it?
Another question…I'm leaning towards Skytrac…However, my basement room is lacking 4" to 6". Am I right in my understanding that Carl's Place can custom size the frame etc. before they ship it to me?

I’ve the same 10ft SkyTrak+ setup. The projector image is much to wide on the screen. How did you shrink the projected image to fit the screen width?
So that red dot on the ground doesn't have to be exactly where you present the ball? I notice during wedge matrix you hit a shot where the ball wasn't on it. So it doesn't have to be precise on there. Also, how is the lefty to righty setup on this? I am a lefty, but one of my main things is having the ability to have friends over, who obviously are not weirdos and therefore right handed. Can you just flip the skytrak to the other side and it works?
How is it hitting golf balls bad. Does it show bad shots?
Have you tried using GSPro with sky track+? If so, what are your thoughts?
