He played well in a couple of tournaments and they just knew. Absolute BS, nobody knew Scottie would turn into this, and this kid probably ends up being “ok”. To be fair, Scottie is likely to be this good for another few months to a year, then he’ll fall off, like every other non-Tiger.
Media and former golf fans all want the next tiger. Aint gonna be a tiger until we get another mickelson. Today everyones parents push them. The way tigers dad pushed him. Scottie is easily the next Mickelson. Could be more. So maybe the next tiger comes soon? This could be a reach. But tiger looked up to mickelson before turning pro. After the prodigy stage. Could this be that turning point
