  1. I bet Trump may know Grant & Garrett…… Garrett has had Kia Trump, his granddaughter on a video….. sooo I bet he does…. Really cool stuff EL Presidente!!!!!! ⛳️⛳️⛳️⛳️⛳️

  2. I saw ads for the wanna be vp during that video. That means kamala's campaign paid Bryson to have Trump on for an hour 😂😂😂😂

  3. Incredible video. Bryson is the man and President Trump has game. Weird putting stroke but he rolls it fine. Stripes the driver

  4. 100% agree. That video is by far the biggest YT golf video. I hope Trump does more YT golf channel videos, it was nice to see a different side of him. Hear him talk about something other than politics. Also, hello?! He owns how many country clubs?!

  5. Bryson has known Trump for years fyi. He used to have a Trump logo on his bag. He was sponsored by Trump International. The PGA made him take it off after Jan 6th.

  6. 5 mil views will get you about 15k every 10 min or so so his should of netted about 75k for that vid at its current view count.

  7. Bryson is the modern-day Bill Dance… He's brought golf to the spotlight (via the internet), like Bill Dance did for Tournament Fishing (via Television)!!!

  8. Let’s be honest. That’s not 5mil + golf fans watching that video. I’m betting the majority of them are just Trump fans. I don’t think we’ll see a really big/sustained increase in viewership for Bryson’s channel. This video really is less of a golf video than it is a “political” video inasmuch as why most people are tuning in.

  9. Yes in spite of themselves many would be astounded just how well EX President Trump played . He and Bryson fitted so well ,their score was superb and a credit to them .Bryson is a great guy and Donald was pretty modest . The video has such good ratings due to the quality of their golf .🏌🏌‍♂⛳

  10. 😂 president Trump and Bryson shot a lower score than Bryson and Sergio Garcia did when they did the break 50 challenge😂

  11. The best thing Bryson has done in his career to endear himself to fans of golf was to establish his Youtube channel. He is truly a genuine person, doing what he enjoys and cultivating a fan base who appreciates his passion for golf and the integrity, openness and forthright way he presents his content. There is noting phony about Bryson DeChambeau.

  12. There is also a political impact. People got to see that Trump is not the evil bad guy the leftist media makes him out to be.

  13. The charity thing was amazing. Good to see. Trump is a stick no doubt. Thought his club championships stuff were bs until I actually saw this video and Trump is legit a hell of a golfer

  14. One correction, CPM traditionally is per ad view, not content views. Longform content can create way more ad views than the 5M content views. Maybe the tool you are using are calculating an average CPM per content view, but I can assure you YouTube charges advertisers a CPM for EVERY😊 ad view. The hard part is the YouTube views analytic is not completed video numbers (number of people who watch the video in its entirety). So estimating the ad views is virtually impossible.

I don’t know the minimum amount of time a YouTube user needs to watch of a video to be counted as a view. Total minutes watched would be a better metric to estimate ad views as YouTube ad serving is likely set up to do an ad pod every x minutes of video watched. I worked in traditional video ad selling for a golf organization in a regional territory outside US. Our CPMs for a 15s Pre or Mid Roll ad was averaging $50.

YouTube is sold in an ad network transaction where demand side platforms the ad agencies use will bid on impressions/ad views so it is possible this video would likely get CPM’s that average below $50 by about 25% . On 5M content views I would bet it he would have likely got 20M ad impressions so with the gross average CPM of $35, his revenues are more like $700k and given those volumes likely works with a supply side platform to help keep a higher percentage of the gross.

As a general rule content that is brand safe and popular are going to garner higher CPM’s, as there will be more competition for the ad view (ie more bidders) as premium brands are looking for content which will not hurt their image. Video publishers who produce such content generally can negotiate better terms with ad networks/supply side platforms and or may work with a selling agency who can represent them with such entities (ie LIV golf likely works with a premium sports agency to sell their media and Bryson might be using one of those). I know entities like LIV Golf could enroll in a program where they sell the ads instead of depending on Youtube. In this scenario YouTube’s percentages would be much lower.

Trump might be an issue here for a number of advertisers and also attract others, likely a net negative because big brands like to stay clear of controversy. All these systems are automated using AI to measure sentiment so I would guess his involvement would hurt the revenues a little. That is not about politics, just brands being extremely cautious about what they associate their products with and with him being so polarizing they would just stay clear. It’s why sports in general gets great CPM’s, highly engaged audience and low chance of viewer sentiment to be negative about the association of the brand to the content.

  15. I think Bryson said the money from the video was going to charity? Correct me if I'm wrong please.

  16. Trump should do more of these type of events to show the public who he is outside of the campaign. The left has demonized him and these type of videos counter the lies and propaganda
