Good idea to try. Maybe as a new idea teams brooks and Mum (Mom for you americans) vs Elisha and Dad but you add both scores together and lowest team wins

Take out baseball, basketball and American football and try again. And after you play the front nine holes with the spinner, play the back nine normally.
That first hole shouldn't count, the hole should always be empty.

If you want to do this cross sport thing again, a couple of good ones to add would be curling and hockey. Maybe bring a hockey stick or 2 so if anyone lands on hockey, you got to use the stick instead of the club. For curling, you could bring a straw broom and if anyone gets curling, the other one has to be the sweeper and the one who's shot it is gets to call out the "hurry, hard"s

Never mind that the spinner should only apply to your opening shot, next time you'll know to have already worked out what each type of shot entails beforehand. Anyway, we all hope you had fun.
I have a suggestion… Any time you hit the edge of the cup or bounce past, or whatever is a near miss… count it as a hole.
Basketball has the slam dunk.

Scrap this format in the future……
Why not come up with your own more realistic stuff like underhand, pool, kick or roll with foot, just using your hand as the club, use your shoe, backwards foot roll etc.
