They reached by national draft rankings. And everything said becomes irrelevant when you look back at the Hextall era picks and overall draft history of thid team over the past decade. Rubstov comes to mind immediately.
This is why The Wells Fargo Center is full of Rangers and Devils fans every other w/e. 🤷♂️
There guys don't like when anyone has a different opinion about the same Failing bubble team barely making or quickly embarrassed in the playoffs as still in Draft purgatory devoid of any other Elite prospects worth building around yet. And "almost" made the playoffs you could say for the past decade plus now.
Everyone's going to be surprised when The Wells Fargo Center is more dead than its ever been before. ComCast and former Flyers killed this organization with painful mediocrity.
This team has WAY too many average ish low ceiling overhyped prospects for a decent rebuild. And too many overpaid, overrated, underperforming Veterans to seriously compete. But they don't care. They're just hoping they sell some tickets. Just another gaslighting "rebuild" scam like before. This team is handcuffed by bad moves and making more to handcuff the future.
Objectively they got Kolosov over at a pretty terrible time with Minsk's season just finishing. Should have let him stay over for the spring/summer.
Homesick issues aside, the way they dealt with him on-ice speaks to Lappy's shortcomings I think, but hindsight is 20/20…
I like JJ, but disagree with much of what he said!
Yes!!!! MichMagic luvIT
