Great drill that can help you keep your levels more consistent throughout the swing also help with your pivot. Use 6/7/8/9 iron and hit balls off really high tee and you should be able to strike cleanly out the sweet spot if done correctly.

This is great, thank you. Whenever my friend pops up a ball she says, “oh, I teed up too high.“ I try to tell her that’s not the case. Usually it’s because she hasn’t gotten her weight through.
I’m going to show her this video to prove my point. In my opinion, good hand-eye coordination will bring your club to the ball regardless of whether it’s a half-inch or two inches off the ground.

This is a bad drill….better focus on drills where the ball is on the ground from where you actually use the 7 iron.
