This is one of the best golf swing practice drills that provides great fun with your golf practice. It will help you to transfer your weight correctly down and through the golf ball. This golf swing drill will also help you to generate more power in your golf swing by applying more weight force in to the golf ball. Most golfers will find this movement very difficult to achieve, but it should be used as part of your daily practice routine.

Remember, you’re trying to step through with your trail leg before you have contacted the golf ball, not afterwards. All of your your weight should be on your lead foot at the moment of impact.
