more I said more about it if you knew that before obviously said basically sell before we came by and basically was SK but why did you see a few do you think it right thing to say do you think he’s opened his up and said well clubs no have to I’ve only seen the quotes from in Four Lads I’ve not actually seen what the manager says so I would have liked to actually heard them say it and then I would have pushed back on told him he’s got to sell before he can bring in but he’s been told that when he come in October he expecting something totally different Happ it’s gu it’s not his fault but they gave they [ __ ] gave Michael what 10 million could to spend and he wasted it blw um on D in the main so got yeah yeah but but but how much did we sell and how much was net spend and all that yeah I get that we’ll get into I I know I know people will want us to talk about it um but we do need to wait a minute Conor what cup you got there it’s a mug actually what mug have you got there it’s imagine you have all seen it Trump shot yeah yeah I think that guarantees he’ll be in the White House in November I think more so he’s probably hoping that he’s all right I don’t know guarantee the Secret Service have bundled on him as you would expect he’s a former and possibly future president they’ve jumped on him to try and protect him and trying to ush him out he’s not [ __ ] moving he’s standing there fist pumping and all that I’m fine as if he’s you know as if he’s adrenal why is he still point to the crowd though the secret Serv they the agents are actually putting their lives potentially in the L because they don’t the guy had already been killed sh they don’t know that not that because it’s an instant they they said shut her down shut her down apparently you heard them saying it uh America I can’t stand a man but I wouldn’t you know I wouldn’t have on [ __ ] shooting him OB it sounds like it’s sort of G here so I think he I think he will be fine um but Craig’s right unfortunately that that’s just solidified that he will be the next president because that he can PL that they they’ve tried to kill me now to stop me getting in I mean these idiots who think it’s a good idea to do that need to actually have a with himself honestly why would saying they’ tried to put me they tried to put me in prison they’ tried to kill me and that’ll that’ll Propel him back to the white yeah but who’s he but in all fairness even without all that who’s he running against he’s running against a guy who struggles to walk down a flight of stairs so yeah but then don’t don’t ever underestimate the strength of of people voting specifically against something rather than for the alternative look at what happened here labor gets a landl majority mainly because people were voting against the toies rather than for them um and that’s what a lot of people in America hate Trump will do they’ll vote for Biden not because they think he’s a good president or that he’s competent simply because they think they can’t afford Trump trump yeah but they’ve already voted Trump in once so true um and and listen if you G I think after the jambos are Biden I think I would I would be shocked if if when it comes to it Biden’s the person going up against him I think they they’ll get him out and they’ll swap Beal Harris no it won’t be it won’t be she’s she’s she’s probably less popular than Biden it’ll be it’ll be someone it’ll be someone completely different that will be in think so would you because who’s in the party right now that would that SC because one thing do need you’re going to go up against Trump sad as it is to say you need some sort of name value people need to actually know who you are um because I don’t think I don’t think they do I think they need someone that’s just gonna be able no they’re I they’re going to need someone who’s going to be able to point out why Trump is not the answer and there are people that it doesn’t have to be someone with a name in my opinion it can just be someone who’s actually Co who’s actually coherent end the day but the Pres am my fig so much so much going on oh I he’s useless basically a because everybody missed my J raing everybody missed my joke there what was your joke M K said at the end of the day and took a the answer and I went against dark oh come on is asking you to back up your statement corner you can’t stand him explain why I mean Socrates the man is f he’s a misogynistic sexist racist everything else is you want to caught under this is a guy who incited their Insurrection can I can guys are convicted faing be Christ you know not convicted of the crimes he should be quite frankly but um you know Socrates in his lies well isn’t wise Socrates because there was an Insurrection in the capital on Corner no I is in America they have a system where presidents could only serve eight years so if Trump does get in he can only serve another four years no they they can serve as many terms as they want it’s not eight years no no no you can only two terms consecutively no you can run you can run for a third bar Obama for third because he couldn’t that’s why deed he didn’t want to but if you actually listen interviews with Obama he said he could have run for a if he wanted might have to agree disagree that but way the fact is as well what I don’t like is this betrayal that he’s some sort of Young Gun he’s not the guy’s about two years younger than Joe Biden and people talk about him like he’s mentally competent he is me but you deal with I’m no I’m no massive Trump fan um but he’s much more mentally coherent than b Biden Biden’s away with the fairies Biden also get his boy a job through back channels that’s a pretty low bar though Martin all the laptop stuff for his boy all the epin Island stuff no I’m sorry I get that Donald Trump’s a bit a [ __ ] right and he said some hor you could lump you could lump Trump him without iin could yeah but most of them most of them in American politics [ __ ] and most of them have got dark histories I don’t see why people severely hate Trump and then Overlook other people and what they’ve done well Trump appeases the dictators of the world he appeases people like Vladimir Putin and Kim Jong and all that in North Korea he’s quite happy to to deal with these people in a way that yes you’ve got to have build relations with him obviously but you know somebody like Vladimir Putin’s delighted if Donald Trump gets sent to the White House he is quite happy with that even if you look at things like Israel I mean Donald Trump definitely pulled a bit of petrol on that when he moved the American EMP to Jerusalem which contested piece of land almost in the world doing that a ridiculous thing Biden obviously never changed it for whatever reason but it’s things like that that makes you worry it’s not so much foreign policy that you think he he was lucky never started a war the last time especially president who was president when Russia invaded Ukraine ER Biden right so why did they not invade Ukraine TR was President then if he loved Trump being in power so much oh listen the plan was already in play that you know that’s the the point I’m making that’s the only the point I’m making there was Wars by the way there’s always Wars but listen Trump was incredibly lucky not to have started the war people forget this he killed the second in command in Iran now he’s very lucky no war actually spoted from that although there was still blowback because there was an American ship that was held hostage by the RS and as a result of that so he still put people’s lives in danger whether directly or as an indirect consequence of actions that were Tak look yes there was no war when he was there but then equally Joe Biden hasn’t started a war with anybody either who’s he started a war with there’s a war in Israel but that’s nothing to do well it’s part stairc cases yes but apart for that he’s on a stage sniffing people’s hair really disturbingly I mean that is admittedly very disturbing but h i so you can’t just you can’t have it both ways you can’t say well Trump never started a war with anybody neither did Joe Biden but Wass have started but he’s been in power but that’s not his fault what what is he supposed I don’t know maybe he was on the phone maybe he was on the phone to Putin thinking he was talking to his wife and getting all sex him and all that yeah the where Wars going on while Trump was in power because I’ve been war going on for years in the likes of Yemen for example Syria man anyway um talk let’s talk a bit closer to home then the Bold labor getting back in we all are we all happy about a labor government folks is it going to change the course of British history not change the I think it was just continue as it there was definitely a change required yeah I politics everybody everybody G back to their bed well the interesting I think the more interesting thing to me is what happened in Scotland because actually if you look at the map electorally Scotland is the only part of the UK where people have actively gone out and voted for labor rather than against something in terms of the swing they had up here is quite remarkable now that’s in part due to the fact that people had enough for SNP as much as the Tories but um they have somehow managed to because Scotland’s been historically a labor country you know for many years until the SNP s into power so obviously in two years time we have our own parliamentary elections and that’s what they’re targeting up that’s when you’ll know what the vote up here was actually for yeah because there might have been a lot of people up here who just because it used to be that labor had to get the majority of Scotland to get into Power didn’t it because the Tories have got most of England let’s be honest the Tories have got most England well they used to have anyway um but I don’t know so much of the vote up here was a tactical vote to try and help get rid of the Tories down south but what we will find is the Scottish elections will tell us exactly where the countries at because I don’t think anybody knows where Scotland’s at right now politically no I think you’ll probably see a higher turnout in Scottish elections as well to be honest in terms of than what we had up here I mean we didn’t have a terrible turnout V it by comparison but I think it was something like 59% or something 60% very very low when it’s usually in the sorry sorry sorry Conan and K are obviously doing their best impersonations of mes down there um the people comment every Sunday I have to say this and we used to we done this a while ago this show and we brought it back on a Sunday just it’s supposed to be for a we like hearted talk started off with politics I understand that um this is the this is the only show now on the channel That doesn’t specifically speak about Rangers um it’s called random rabble for a reason I would imagine most people know it I think it’s the same couple of names in The Sundays that have came in and went why we’re not talking about Rangers we talk about Rangers all the time or taking a break so if that’s not what you’re here for and you don’t have to watch I hope you stay and watch actually done a post Match review yesterday for game and we’ll was a way I can look at people and guess what bands they like I’m gonna guess that you like I am Maiden [Laughter] never seen him in my life what’s the last gig you went to download download Festival then my went to his Green Day at B which was aens I have to say they were and they were fantastic so I recom I’ve Nobody seen live going and see them because they so good live I was [ __ ] the last you went to M oh the last don’t say Michael Bolton no it wasn’t Michael Bol I’ve never seen Michael Bolton life i’ would love to see Michael live I think the last gig I went to was rumors rumors of Fleet with M I think that’s what they’re called um because I can’t afford to go and see Fleetwood M because they’re stes LOL tribute B at end August just because obviously a tribute count as an actual gig well they’re normally Ed band theys One bring team one I’ve been link part one a few times they’re good I like small gigs big gigs whatever it’s just the music thing I’ve never actually been to there um on these you know these music magazines like time and all that bring out these lists apparently now Taylor Swift has overtaken band such as the Beatles and all that in terms of greatness apparently she’s one of the greatest artists of all time says who says the all these stupid magazines probably go my streaming numbers and SP album album sales and song sales but that’s not greatest it’s just enough you to sell enough songs she know somewhere close to being like a [ __ ] billionaire or something anyway she already is surely you know I think listen I I must admit I don’t I’m not a fan of Taylor Swift but it’s undeniable that some of our songs they are quite annoyingly catchy you hear one in the radio in the morning and you will find yourself whistling it at some point and no idea why you just do it’s like that K Json song Call Me Maybe you hear that you can’t get you read and it’s sh utter garbage but it gets stuck and that’s the kind of value her songs have yeah you right now and slagging other rappers and getting in on the scene apparently that’s just they do each for some might be through but some just to beef up sales and the other stuff I mean a about lot wrestling it it be nonsense just to make it bigger what actually is do you know what kills me about the wrestling do you know what absolutely kills me about it see I don’t know 1997 1998 right attitude ER Stone Cold The Rock Vader right Undertaker ke I I was all for the wrestling I do the wrestling I loved it because in my it was real something like you a young boy you think this is real it’s not real I mean it could be if there’s anybody watching in the background um they basically admitted no but they’ve came out and broke the fourth wall so yeah they have pretty much so once they done that for me that was it they used to call it kayab which was kayab yeah they br K didn’t they but they broke that a long time ago I mean look I like wrestling and um it’s it’s scripted it’s not necessarily fake because the thing fake sorry because they do put themselves in there still physical danger I mean you look at Mankind in 1998 going after that sale I mean there is really a nice comfortable one of the best moments of my life was watching that yeah it’s incredible the thing that I don’t like those when people say that and they go oh but why do you watch that it’s fake you know what’s going to happen like I don’t the wrestlers in the ring know what’s going to happen I don’t as a viewer know who’s going to win that match it’s watching a film Tom Cruz isn’t actually jumping off cliffs and Mission Impossible and fighting people that isn’t actually happening um you know I say that he does do some of his own stunts but it’s that’s fake as well every film is fake but you watch it because you don’t know what’s going to happen as the view and it’s a bit entertaining but no but the differ it’s like different every week keep they keep the stories running but when you’re my point is K when you’re a kid watching it you don’t know that it’s fake by fake I mean scripted you think that that guy actually properly hates that guy and and they’re having a big tough war and such and such and they build up the storyline forgetting in your nyear old head that this is all stage the venue sobody today just not meet each other on the way to the venue the the only time they met was in that ring I’m just saying once you start to get a bit older and you realize it scripted you either go one or two ways you’re either still all in and you really enjoy it or you just walk away what’s your opinion in Vin man Conner is he a dirty old man or is he gonna get away with it by the way that man will be that man will forever forever be known as the man who bed TR Stratus thing is this woman it’s Tak why dides she take a job in the first place you know what she was doing uh I mean who know turn Grand here for not working come on you know what you’re doing anybody context on what they talking about for the people who might not know ja on I don’t know I don’t know I’ve only heard snippet so I don’t really know the story in effect Vince McMahon has I mean he he got booted out his own company because he’s being Ed in um a scandal where he’s been accused of basically sexually assaulting accused not guilty accused yeah accused you know yeah but there’s multiple accusations against him um that he’s abused his power been sexually inappropriate he’s that he’s actually you know down right the wresters involved and other people involved yeah got other people involved as well um so he’s he’s been in a better better well but that’s he obviously got bed at his own company because of that and the fact that to be perfectly honest we um the guy now somewhere towards his 80s was losing his bloody marbles anyway because the stuff he was putting out in television was garbage I mean it was watching but Triple H has took care for him and has doing a much better job there’s no part of you that thinks he’s still in the background running things are we bit no because the’s owned by TKO and it’s under this umbrella with UFC and all that so you know if I been that then probably but the fact that the shares have all been sold off to Remy doesn’t really have any TW or P I’m sure that there’s people within the company who have conversations with him um but I don’t think he has any sway anymore um and how good was it Conor when Jaylen Brunson come on in the ring with tyes that story L did you see that that that means absolutely nothing can I just say can I just say before anybody jumps in see Robert Robertson’s comment there that’s exactly what I was going for when I set this show oh I’m being serious that’s that’s exactly what it is it’s so that everybody watch jayen if you’ve got if you’re feeling a bit down if you’re feeling a bit blah you can just tune in us and go you guys are talking absolute nonsense at least I’m better than them that’s that’s that’s what I’m going for on a Sunday morning and again I mean Aldo saying Triple H save WWE also saying TKO w’t allow that in terms of Vince man was that other wrestler by the way again allegedly um was it Brock Lesnar by any chance yes he wasn’t he wasn’t named but they referenced an next UFC champion who yeah he kind of put two and two together of course as well which probably helps the product you’ve got an actual viable alternative because you’ve get aw which is the other side of the coin that’s like the I don’t know for the older folks either the the better version of TNA or WCW used to be back in the day that they’re the ones trying to compete and they’ve got the likes of your Chris Jericho Christian guys like that and then Lo IND Talent they I don’t think as clearly not as good as WWE but it pushes WWE because one I mean one of their programs went head-to-head withw at the start and ended up shifting it to a different night because aw was doing better than it so I think that always helps as well cuz see you’ve only got one sh town and that’s it it becomes boring and it becomes easy to rest in your laurels because you’re always going to have that hardcore viewer base who watch regardless almost almost like I don’t know bringing in a backup goalkeeper that can push a number one goalkeeper is that what you’re saying Conor pretty much that’s exactly like that actually not a bad analogy at all all be they playing for different clubs techically but um I know is that’s the way to be I think like it’s like anything you would want one thing just having the the Monopoly and this is it because then where’s the choice for people of VI because some people might like wrestling but might not like WWE they might like other aspects so having an people before they even St F in the courtroom that’s the way the works you know I mean it’s just the way things happen the everything’s moving very quickly social media can be great but can also be very see for it but it’s not the greatest thing to use it times the to is very bad it’s when you see so much abuse on it you see people people get people getting angry care over the smallest of things is that what you’re saying yes basically yeah I get that Hollywood is just V in my my opinion so I don’t really know what all these actors are all know I’m saying them all but a good percentage are involved with something and that’s why Tom Hanks moved to gree but I got a citizenship it I don’t want get Tom Hanks because I don’t like the guy what Saving Private Ryan Cast Away Forest Philadelphia happen where the best team don’t win it Portugal when they play Greece didn’t win the tournament I mean granted Portugal probably weren’t the best team in that tournament tourament but Greece Greece snuck through um Liverpool back in ‘ 05 when they won the Champions League were both far from the best team in that tournament and and won the Champions League so best teams generally win leagues best teams don’t always win don’t always win knockout tournaments um I think England have got impact players Off the Bench which which could be key uh obviously Watkins the other night and Tony as well and there’s other players but if I’m if I’m going to put myself on a limb there I think say it be one goal or it could go I dread to say it could go all the way um and if it does go all the way I I would be I’d be pretty confident from an England point of view do you know what I liked about Watkins scoring that goal did any watch the interview I think it was before the start of the euros and it was who’s not it’s just those we nuan things I’m like you need to do that every channel know do that buten are just as bad there’s no there’s no getting away for that difference is being Scottish you know it’s easier for me to just sort of TR to the side whereas with English I mean listen if they win it they’ll deserve it but we’ll have to prepare oursel that you’ll never ever hear the end of it um started with Trent Alexander Arnold in the middle as well which I think was a bit disjointed but he showed what he’s capable in the last game I mean how he never scored when he went on that run is quite incredible I think the keeper gets a a nick it to slightly divert it and allows the defender to clear it off the line but and then he hit the post shortly after it was more the one at the post cuz that would have been the night before obviously yamal did it the night before the same sort of shot so it would have been it would have been absolute Peach of a goal I mean if we’re talking we’re going to quickly but just before we finish up talk about Spain um we’re talking about how good Jude Burlingham is in the middle of the park well Spain have got a certain man called rodri oh superb when see when you look at Spain and and you looked at the Chavis and any Esters right and you thought it doesn’t get much better than that they had buett who I think was criminally underrated by the way for how good he was rodri’s took that to another level you’ve seen it country how good a play is he’s very very consistent he’s a r Royce but he just goes through games how BR s he knows what he’s doing can come up with a goal defensively very assured and he controls a game and he’s he’s just so levelheaded I mean I know he plays City know my favorite team but you can see be the P for great right at the start um when I was asked and so far so good um you know they one test away for win and that’s because when I looked at it Spain had been an unbeliev Seasons the World Cup they’ve lost I think twice one of them is obviously when H mctom get the double for us but um you know they’ve been just incredible the the way that they’ve built themselves back again because they have had a few years and a few tournaments where that they’ve kind of been unnoticeable um since that 2012 team that won the the Euros the last time they won it so I just fancy them straight away because I thought they look really really good and you put money on it corner I wish I had to be honest with you consider in the you never you never fully believed in your convictions one more daners guys and then I’m
