about starting his career in the NFL he’s put himself on the top five best golfers on the NBA self-proclaimed on that list though I must say we’ll see how he does here that’s a little bit more over the top but it’s okay oh best oh yeah best of the three pretty good from these guys Steph Curry the defending Champion Eagle the 18th last year on Sunday to win he’s not here he’s chasing a gold medal years and oh that’ll help him perhaps get himself to a fourth victory come later in the weekend bit of a bronis birdie there good for him John Elway is back here at the American Century Championship putting for birdie of 13 we’re seeing a lot of putts made early in this Championship but it gets a little bit different come Sunday afternoon it does there’s his son jack giving him a fist pump an eagle putt for Jerry Rice here at 18 we’ve seen some incredible Eagles over the year most notably last year when Steph Curry made that eagle to win yeah Tim Brown told Kieran Smiley that Jerry was a little upset with for making the a but now Jerry’s making an eagle back with Travis Kelce at 13 again the key here is to avoid the double Bogies which causes you to drop points says Albert phols making his t-shot here on 17 little over the top action Peter yeah it’ss that little bit of an open Club face that he’s going to battle but he does a really good job of being able to kind of square it up with his forearms this is Seth Curry on the green the par five 18th putting for birdie yeah this is a this is a tough putt here it breaks toward us toward the camera he’s got quite a bit of slope interested to see how this swing looks [Applause] here yeah he won the uh he won the proam portion of the uh BMW on the corn fairy tour he’s pretty pretty excited about being a golf champion as he said yeah got he had right the center of the [Applause] face FB all around and as Larry says he’s excited to be a golf champion and that was a championship performance right there strong finish from Adam Thelen today the wide receiver in the NFL he leads the way by one point over Marty fish who was the winner four years ago in 2020 some other terrific play including Jack Wagner he along with Jim McMahon the only two players to ever compete in every single one of the American Century championships and this is year 35 whoa take a look at that we’ll be back tomorrow at 2:30 p.m. Eastern on NBC
