[Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] he [Music] [Applause] [Music] hello and welcome to the ladies European tour and to the capital of England for the aramco team series presented by P London it’s the third ATS stop of the season and the first in Europe we’re at the par 73 Centurion Club just north of London is becoming something of a tradition for team series events this the fourth year in a row the venue has held the tournament a reminder of how things work two tournaments running side by side with a team one wrapping up after 2 days and the individual one ending on the third the teams contain three pros and an amateur with the best two scores from each hole going down on the card $1 million up for grab split between the two events some of the biggest names in golf teed it up including home hero Georgia Hall she took the 2023 team Title Here in London and was the runner up individually in 2022 Leona Maguire another European star returning to her home content remarkably the Irish woman has yet to win a lady’s European tour title but this be her [Music] week got to the action then and summer went on holiday for the opening round it was cold windy and at times wet team Caroline headwall though made Li of the conditions Chloe Williams part of that forsome and she was enjoying herself with the flat s remarkably that was just one of three team birdies at the fifth and what turned into a great round for both the Welsh woman individually placing four under and the team who were at 13 under par another going well both in the team and individual event was Sarah Scher the Austrian part of Team claraa Davidson spil put together a round of 67 to leave her third in the individual side of things that Approach at 15 setting up one of six 30s and the captain wasn’t going to be left out claraa who boasts an excellent short game was showing it off with a touch of class at the very same hole major winner Sophia popof and amateur s fisel Amal making up the rest of the Davon spoke of a team and they joined team headwell at 13 under as was team Shannon tan the captain burst on the scene this season by winning her first event as a pro in Kenya that a lovely part of the ninth her team certainly on song little surprise considering it included Italian Open winner Amy Taylor and West life Star Brian faden three time for the lead one of those team Nua uos the UN form Maria Hernandez and Nora kuline in part of her side alongside amateur po Flanigan come Island played an important part of their success this setting up a birdie of the SI and at the next the captain got in on the ACT a birdie from the Spaniard and celebrated in her customary style teamas would closed at 14 under alongside team Georgia hell B was playing beautifully this at 11 one of many classy iron shots in a round of three under for the major win oh this is a great shot from Georgia Hall wow that’s one of the best we’ll see today on 11 getting it all the way back excellent six side there the team also had their ey Nina B Marti chipped in the previous hole and then at the 14th she landed this monster hanaburg and Am Shane Hart Jones completed the lineup as team H Clos 14 under and they were joined at the top by team Leona Maguire the solheim Cup winner had 2022 Swiss ladies open Champion Liz Young Mar Sans bario and upcoming Amer gol for Jana Wilson in their quartet and they KS class shot lovely no Drop shots on the team car but no doubt about the star of the side Maguire bogey free and this at 15 her seventh birdie of the round the Irish woman with a 66 and in the lead in both events so three at the top of 18 te leaderboard and with Hall and Maguire both in good touch they looked hard to catch Maguire said afterwards they felt untroubled we were all making a few birdies today which always helps and um no drop shot on the team card either which I think helps a lot in these these conditions so yeah I think we had a nice atmosphere nice nice team so it was uh sort of very comfortable out there and nice to roll in a few top of this leaderboard as well one shot clear of SAR cha nuo sponsor invite Megan Dennis and Chloe Williams among three players at 4 under Georgia Hall a further shot back day two and it was a case of being the right side of the draw with conditions worsening in the afternoon team Georgia Hall one of those out in the morning playing the back nine first were inspired by the captain this the fifth birdie of opening HS for yet to drop a shot with Hann B adding another birdie make turn 600 for the day team Leona Maguire also starting the 10th but going along a little slower until this from Mar sario netted one of two team birdies at the first team nasia Ado were making a move amateur George Brooksbank showing off a rather unusual puing sty but working at 30 at 13 put the team 19 under and into the early lead and they kept the pressure on this time 2022 a Mundy German Masters champion Christina naol ala producing the goods chipping of the par [Music] 34 team aguire needed to respond the captain stepped up this at the third a wonderful approach to set up a birdie and one she would [Applause] take in contrast team Georgia Hall’s challenge hit the buffers after the turn no team birdies on the first three holes but amate Shane Hart Jones sure the team picked up one at the fourth after that rather special approach moved them to 21 underp team noo were playing like well a real team each player contributing on different holes this time the captain at the 15 also 21 under and with the momentum team hall though were finding their game Moroccan lenina balatti rolling home this 30 P at the PA through fifth the them 22 under couple of stunning t- shots getting what they deserved as catch in Hall repeated the trick of the same hole Now 23 under team course to post what could be a winning score team noo were one of the very early starters and even with the wind starting to really pick up they still managed to find birdies after only powering the 16th the birdie was a must at the par 3 17 this time Maria Pratt stepping up to the plate a lovely t- shot and she would make the birdie to move them 22 under team Hall responded wedge in hand Hannah bur fired at the FL at the power five six right on the money from the English woman 13 to 24 under with three holes remaining they were in a dominant position a big finish then needed from Team noo and they got one r with the far from straightforward birdie P at 18 rolled it home with confidence Now 23 under the do and Napo ala couldn’t follow suit so it was all down to amateur Brooks Bank to land his birdie celebrating his 43rd birthday the Englishman coly rode it home to set the clubhouse thee at 24 under as one of the first teams to finish they didn’t think they posted a score good enough to trouble The Winner Circle they would be proved wrong team Hall ran into trouble no team birdies at seven and a bog at the 8 meant they needed something from their final Hall the night once again it came down to bur she had to make this birdie par to draw level with Team the do at 24 under the English woman would be the first to admit her cutting hasn’t been the strongest part of the game but it didn’t let her down this time team Hall team noo now tied at the top team Maguire unable to kick on over their back nine just a single birdie after the third Eagles then needed at the ninth and amateur Jana Wilson gave it a good go not to be just a birdie and a birdie from the captain to see them close one short at 23 under mire though well set individually one under pass 72 eight under overall the afternoon starters then with the tougher task but team Emily pedon were giving it a good go how about this from Pasar for Sans at the [Music] 11th one of two team birdies to move them to 17 under yet they failed to gain a shot over the next four holes so a big final two holes needed Captain pson nailed her t-shot at the 17 both she and teammate Selen airan would go on to make the birdie and move the team to 21 under an eagle and a birdie then needed down the last a b had all but secured the birdie which meant pedison had to chip this in un fortunately it never stood a chance they were close 22 under so after two days of action nothing could separate team nidau and team hall both 24 under with Team Maguire in third they would have to play off the following day after the individual tournament concluded on Friday PA then in with a chance of going home with two Trophies the englishwoman just two off the lead held by her solheim teammate Maguire 75 saw Sara Scher Dro back to four off the lead stay with us to see if H could make it two out of two for team theau and Leona Maguire could deny the English woman we’ll see are still F Anastasia noo taking her team to her playoff she would be up against no other than team Paul by Georgia the English woman had other business to conclude first still in the handt for the individual title with two shots behind the owna McGuire the Irish woman after her first L title a reminder of how it stands Maguire with a two- shot lead over her soulan C teammate smart Manny on a battle between the pair but with the wet weather forecast C could throw up some surprises all still a play for what it was down the wind kept low good scoring [Music] conditions Lauren Walsh is starting to make a specialty of final day surges the Irish woman came close to a win in Switzerland after a last day 64 and was at it again here this has 6:30 the day of the 10 G soan was another making a big last day move two over at the start of play she was climbing up the leaderboard four birdies and a bogey by the turn she added another at 10 and then this H another birdie at 11 overnight leer Leona Maguire started her round with two birdies but things went wrong after that a bogy at four and then this t-shirt at Si would go out of bounds and a double bog a lead had gone Allison Lee some seven shots off the lead at the start of play seem to be out of it America had other ideas this would set up a sick part the day at the 8 and at the next another out in 6 under 31 she was seven under power overall and right back in the tournament there was an eagle finish for Emily Pon the second of the day for the day in a final round 67 something 10 shots better than her opening day effort it’ be enough for a top 10 twice in a around Co Team Series individual Champion Allison Lee now alongside Georg Hall at the top with Maguire one B I’m Richard Koffman alongside me Sophie Walker and Sophie this should be an exciting back nine absolutely and I don’t think hall or Maguire saw the Lee run coming from 102 yards gap wedge that’s how you start the back nine yeah fabulous from H just Birdie the night so she’s one under for the day be finding her Mojo at the right time here I think this player has certainly found her Mojo can she keep it going on the back nine front pin on 12 it’s incredible isn’t it six birdies in the first two days for Alison Le she had seven on that front nine misjudged the wind here on 10 Maguire from 104 yards it went long and that one short hasn’t quite got the pace of the greens today it’s hard to retrieve this kind of situation out of 39 a couple over for the final round Maguire with that two shot lead overnight stretched it to three early on kind of a mini solheim cup battle going on out there with Lee against B and Maguire that would have been a bonus Birdie on the difficult 12th hole for leap two professional titles have come on the ladies European tour in a ramco team series events in Soto Grande and that record equaling 29 under in Riad two over par for a front line that’s where she stays currently at minus 6 McGuire has performed well here in the past but Georgia Hall has been the one that’s come so close for the second and fifth of finishes here picked a couple of years ago by that eagle by Ron La at 18 this one down the hill inside left [Applause] so Georgia Hall is the one out in front now 8 under par this put to stay one back three par fives to come and the American can reach all of them yeah six par fivs in total on this P 73 now this is a a good path through it’s at the high point on the golf course 171 yards a front left pin guarded by a bunker short left just trying to draw one in against that left to right wind and that was a Mis strike from Hall didn’t expect to see her do that a beauty in here on day one made is two let’s go to 18 now with soz she can reach this par five 192 yds front pin oh how about that yeah nicely done what a round it’s been from soan runner up at the Jabra ladies open a few months ago Georg Hall TI lead done [Applause] some terrific rounds from some of the early starters so post to Georgia and Co at the top Lauren Walsh another who’s just birded the 16th so four under from the lower level to the top that needs to get down well she’s been going for it that’s fair to say we thought the onlya Maguire was the only Irish woman in with a chance today but W she’s making a habit of these final day moves moving in the wrong direction is Maguire two overp par for her round opted for the four hybrids so leaves herself this lengthy put from right to left oh look at that roll well judged someone who struggled with the uh Pace on the greens that was a nice one from Maguire couple of LPGA Tour titles couple of wins on the Epson tour but yet to win on the L bit this is only her 26th start on tour not the time to drop a shot Lauren inside left for par oh that’s a big save having a fantastic rookie year moved into the top 20 of the rankings with her third place finish in Switzerland last week back to her fellow Irish woman at 11 ni to see some good crowds out following this final group went further past than I first thought a solid tup remain six under two behind George of Hall still time to retrieve the situation all to try and TIY up now inside left P that the one to look out for with Georgia Hal the face is open as a putter comes from right to left through the golf ball and that’s unnerving back into a share of the lead with Allison [Music] lee4 assuming this goes in which it does time someone gets ahead there seems to be something to rock them back so this for a 65 right to left Eagle put on the last oh it didn’t come back still this is going to be her ninth birdie of the round [Music] and for the time being the clubhouse lead at five underpar what a terrific final round that is 66 from soone coming up behind her though is Lauren Walsh got the fivewood in hand looking to land this one softly to that front pin oh excellent stuff if she could get to 600 would she have a chance at the beginning of today I’d have said no but with the fact that Maguire and Hall are stalling you never know Alice and Lee might have something to say about that though yeah on The Greening two at this power 530 we just off it putting though go go good guarantee the birdie be a first birdie off the back nine and we take it to eight underpar hit driver to here 85 yds sandwich for Maguire that’ll come back it might have a look that’s more like it from Leona Maguire much needed wasn’t it hasn’t hit it close enough in the past couple of hours this one’s close though for Eagle for Walsh downhill left to right she’s done it again for the second event in a row the low round of the week in the final round from Lauren Walsh one shot short of the playoff last week we shall see six under now the clubhouse lead back to the 12th green a pitching wedge to here and a very slippery put down towards the water from left to right remember MaGuire’s in close oh in the Jaws [Applause] there’s some frustration in this final group Sha not really making any moves Maguire though hopefully going to pick up some momentum here well this tapping gets her back to one over par for the day 7even under for the tournament and one back from the lead because Allison Lee tapped in at 13 the world number 22 seven back at the start of the day now leading again on her own at the ramco team series presented by PF London [Music] [Music] hello welcome back to the final round of the aramco team series presented by PF London where Allison Lee couldn’t match her front nine brilliant after birding the 13th to take a One-Shot lead she bogey the 14th back to 700 George aall another running into trouble making a mess of the par five 13 three putting for a bogey six that dropped her back to minus [Music] [Applause] [Music] 6 Le part 15 frustrations continued at 16 after finding the bunker in the middle of the Fairway she pulled out a top class second shot that deserved a birdie but her pter had called and she would miss to remain at seven under [Applause] on to the 17th and the American through the back of the PA three yet she could have come much closer to rescuing a birdie almost holding out once again she have to be content with the [Applause] [Music] [Applause] part up ahead Hannah Burke finished In Style part of Team Georgia Hall it was proving to be a profitable week for the English woman this set up an eagle finish and what would be 11th [Music] spot Maria Hernandez had higher expectations five under heading to the 16th the inform Spaniard made this part to move to six under within just one of the lead [Music] that lead held by Maguire and Lee who was in real trouble at 18 her t-shot found the heavy rough down the left no choice but to come out sideways a hole that was yielding birdies and Eagles proving tough for the co-leader Lee starting the last in a share of the lead with Leona Maguire as tight as it’s been all day Lauren Walsh won’t be going anywhere just yet well two holes left to play for Maria Hernandez this 17th 132 yards 9on pin on the back right little kick in from there what another birdy opportunity for Hernandez who really has been flying on the Ed the last month that’s not too pretty for Alison Lee third shot now at this par five and this will be a hack out out to be short of the water and the bunker how her wrist is feeling after that second shot on she’s done well certainly not going to be an eagle or birdie finish by the looks of things for Allison Lee such a brilliant front nine just stumbled a little coming home 16th T box dog leg left to right bunker down the right and Maguire has found it it’s only 220 yards to carry that bunker so she can’t have caught that one so leam Maguire both seven under and both in trouble Maguire at 16 the at 18 well there’s been more Eagles than Bogies here today the easiest hole on the golf course Allison Lee needs to stick this one in [Music] close didn’t catch all of that wedge did she so frustration pH Lee Hernandez to take a share of the lead play every L his European Tour event this season 16th of the campaign for [Music] Hernandez to try and Salvage the PA for the clubhouse [Music] lead it’s a slow one back up the hill two over par for her last five holes disappointment etched on her face a bogey finish a around that promis so much seven shots back at the start of the day took the lead she’ll finish at six under par alongside Lauren Walsh in the clubhouse on that Mark 200 yards to the green Can’t Go For It splashing out here Maguire kept it short of that bunker in the middle should be a formality for Maria she produced something special down the last she’s got a genuine chance know the Slovak open in 2010 her one and only win on the L 130 yds left down wind downhill the pitching wedge two two tier green the flags on the back of that tier that shot out on her through the back of the green she can’t believe it that pitching wedge flew miles well she’s so leader at the moment but you think for much not much longer meanwhile Hernandez has come up just perfect short of that bunker absolutely 185 yards to the pin out of the semi- roof so this is going to fly oh she’s interested in it it’ll kick in oh it didn’t that’s unlucky going up and down to get into the clubhouse at 7 under what an opportunity for Hernandez a 300 yd Drive with a hybrid we’ll get some action on it coming from the first cup 126 yds downwind gap wedge will it nip yes okay don’t forget Georgia Hall still has the uh the playoff for the team event to come she might actually have two playoffs the way things are going which would happen concurrently but anyway we’ll come back to that at a moment first Maguire who’s really struggling here almost has to Duff this because it’s so downhill from The Lion once it gets to the green anything beyond the pin flies settled down well done and that back step would have been easy to chip that to the front edge bogy at best though for Leona Maguire so she’s going to go back to six underpart an Anders well it’s a p for an [Music] eagle I put to get to minus8 downhill left to right it’s a bit of a noer left 14 years since her one and only ladies European tour Victory it came on her [Music] debut this to take the lead stand still guys thank you she was walking that in as well she thought she had it so wall remains six under Maguire going back to six under Allison Lee’s just gone back to six under fourth year running at this Centurion Club par 736 par fives playing just over 6,400 yards today it’s proving to be a tough test there could still be a two shot swing here Steely bogy save there big p for Maria an [Music] Andis this for a round of 68 to set the clubhouse lead right to left right Edge maybe oh she’s got it for the first time this week Maria Hernandez is the one in front no Bogies over the last two days what a performance that is from the Spaniard with that closing 68 so seven under the mark and it means wassh and Lee’s Chances Are Over down to three players for the title at the aramco team series presented by PF London [Music] [Music] welcome back to the Centurion Club where it’s been a thrilling final round of the ramco team series presented by PF London Maria and nandez with the clubhouse lead and the weather has taken a turn for the worse and good news for Maria Hernandez she’s dry in the clubhouse as the rain starts on 17 Maguire hit 99 Into the Heart of the green putting up a step an outside chance for a two [Applause] now she’s off to Evon after this is the McGuire shot a 61 there a couple of years ago nothing in the 60s nothing in the 70s today for Chloe Williams unfortunately she’s had a bit of a rotten Friday on the outskirts of London and of course it misses fortunately Wayward off the tea That’s cost her on Friday afternoon sh been some good form as well just the first two days here finished third in the check ladies open a few weeks ago just put that behind it and move on for the rest of the season not the only one that struggled some of our leaders have had their problems as well but George aall has an opportunity here to get herself back into a share of the lead this one will fall to her [Applause] left had a top 10 worldwide in 2024 but had a coach who she reunited with in the last few weeks Robert rock out here she’s been swinging it nicely di Shaka hoping to finish up here at 18 playing alongside Chloe Williams disappointing day for herself can’t even get the high fives right 75 68 which is fantastic in the wind yesterday and 75 today this to remain one back with one to play for Leona Maguire no problem well we’ve been saying how 18’s playing the easiest hole on the court if you need a birdie or maybe even an eagle that’s the hole eight Eagles already today at 18 Georgia will feel that she’s giving away this tournament on the back nine missed so many pots but like you said there’s still a chance rain is tumbling down now but both players will be able to reach 18 in two so mik Maguire one back of the club house leader Maria Hernandez up at 18 here’s a birdie opportunity to finish for inis lales level par round for the Moroccan her third top 10 of the year that leaves the green clear for the final three ball first to go how about this for a layup if you’re in the bunker you can’t go for the green now from a ideal spot semi-rough 185 yards it’s a trusty hybrid oh it is a wonderful one that is top class from Leona Maguire I mean she hasn’t had it today but it’s just pulled something out of the bag how do you spin a hybrid she’s got a pup to come for eight under big drive from Georgia Hall but this is a worse lie than Leona’s it’s on a significant down slope from 173 yards it’s a six iron but it’s going to be hard to get the flight on [Music] it that’s understandable such a hard pickup like you said from the better drive of the two Maria Hernandez watching on out of her hands now Georgia with her third at this par five she needs to chip it in keep it down the left hand side just not enough energy was there well they’ve been solheim Cup teammates the last two solheim cups have Georgia Hall and Leona Maguire Maguire we now know we’ll have a putt to win I felt like she’s not hit it close enough today she’s waited to do that on 18 uphill 6 in from left to right [Music] what an eagle and Ireland has a winner on the ladies European tour and it had to be Leona [Applause] Maguire that was some finish heartbreak again for Georgia isn’t it happened again on this 18th Brony law with the eagle in 2022 Leona Maguire in 2024 that sums up this back nine the putter has gone cold on it she’s going to finish in a share of Third Place she’ll have a playoff coming up in a short while for the team event but you got to feel for Georgia hul another near Miss at the Centurion Club but another brilliant week for Hernandez four top 10 in a row now for the Spaniard but a proud moment for Maguire who was emotional afterwards I know knew no Irish girl had ever W on the L before so um that put was for me that put was for my family and that put was for Ireland so um proud more for then the history maker and she celebrated in style her first L title to add to her two on the LPG tour still the team events conclude and both captains chose the eles for the playoff down 18 it would be Nastasia noo against Georgia [Music] hall both players managed to miss the bunker in the middle of the Fairway this from 169 yds a side slope want to curl this five eyon right to left something like that well she’s been waiting about 2 hours since she finished for this playoff but the teenage French player has produced the goods Georgia Hall similar position a better one though it’s slightly longer t-shot so she’s on the flatter part of the Fairway 160 yards this is a 79 she started walking after it what a response from Hall we’ve got Eagle puts to come well given him what she suffered at the 18th first time around that was incredible as you say couple of Eagle putts to come n do knows really she has to hold this ping close this one uphill right to left must go does go what [Applause] nerve her teammate’s happy with her now Hall needs to hold this to match it [Music] some movement on it left Edge P matching threes fantastic Golf and nothing could divide the pair the second time around although there was much to do with the teenage French woman having to hold this birdie P to keep her chances alive with all on in two nerves of steel she made a birdie for have produced a brilliant approach and once again had the chance to clinch the team [Music] title this for the eagle three and the Victory not to be so the pair would go down 18 for a third time both players found the rough on the right hand side but Georg was in more trouble so she’s pitched it out to here 68 yards lob wedge a little disappointed with the spin there genuine birdie opportunity though the do smashed a for iron to here from the right right hand side rough it’s taken a long time to get settled over this pitch shop land it on the front [Music] edge well we’ve seen in her two seasons on the ladies European tour she’s got the game but coming up against a major champion in the playoff she has really sha here what entertainment for those watching on well she’s hit the full shots and converted converted the puts Georgia Hall just hasn’t done that this a slider from left to [Music] right never moved well thing seems to go right for Georgia hall 11 18 at the Centurion Club lost out on the individual title and if n holds this she misses out on the team title too well she’s already hold two good puts here on 18 this for three in a row fantastic Nastasia noo does it for her team heartbreak again for Georgia hall there’s Mara Pratt and Christina napoi Alva there AER George joining in on the f as well and well you can see what it means to Georgia Halu she’ll feel like she’s lost two tournaments in an hour yeah her face told the story two heartbreaking moments for Hall Nastasia noo though with character Beyond her years to fight off a major winning solheim cup player and guide her team to the title she Christina Napo ala Mara Pratt and amate George Brooks Bank the IR C team series presented by P London Champions 51st here this week but Brony keeps her lead at the top of the order of merits tambal moves up to Second and within touching distance with Maria Hernandez into the top 10 tambellini is still leading the race for the rookie of the year but Lauren Walsh with two third place finishes in a row closing fast the Irish woman up to third Leona Maguire and Georgia Hall reminding everybody of their talents here this week they are of course a key part of Suzanne pson solheim Cup team nedy cter was meant to play here this week but had to withdraw after being bitten by a dog and Charlie Hall withdrew after just six holes of the tournament with a shoulder injury no changes in the top 10 of the Rolex world rankings thanks for watching as Leona Maguire
