We had such a fun weekend at the 2024 XC Skiing World Cup in Minneapolis!!! I never knew Nordic skiing was so hype. I’m thankful that changed because it was a BLAST.

this because I have been here for a week I’m just bringing this backpack and I’m feeling really proud of my light packing actually that’s all you’re bringing where’s your snow pants upstairs well where’s your boots upstairs oh um you’re not bringing that cardigan I am bringing that oh okay it’s this plus my snow pants your toiletries where are those at they’re not in that bag they’re right there they’re going to fit in that bag are you pumped feeling like that that day before vacation giddy aan turn it up morning I was having dreams about Hill Climb we’re leaving here in couple minutes we’re going to go to Minneapolis almost 4 hours away we’re watching the World Cup nor ski races for the next 2 days let’s go making your B wants to show you her her snow pants we just got to the parking garage I’m not sure that we know what we’re doing yet we didn’t get a parking spot in time so we’re in a parking garage we have to take a bus and then we’re going to go watch them sche we have 11 stops on this bus doing it in 19 minutes no [Music] shot [Music] from the Felix so Kevin buer Mino Wisconsin still on the bubble in 30th spot pimping in his outfit the same outfit I work every day Factory what was your thoughts on the day on the scene today those were some pretty dope races I can’t take you seriously when you say dope I thought it was awesome didn’t you think it was awesome yeah I did did you think it was awesome yes 10 10 experience saw Jesse dickin in person Trum Minnesota yeah yeah yeah it’s awesome it was really cool from the home state yeah surprising we actually this a place for families that drive cam and go to Disney we’re waiting for cheesecake so we’re shopping around and know Dick Sporting Goods right next to it had to had to take a little deadly combo dead are you going to do it or what I don’t know is it free probably not look at all those Stanley look at all those [Music] chickens we’re back from Cheesecake Factory Austin putting in some work we uh I can’t even think that’s how full we are I was talking about the bread previously the Ry bread and gotta that’s all I ate we have leftovers and we still got cheesecake look at that we’re still going to have some of that tonight though yeah it’s only gosh it looks so good it’s only 8:30 and I’d say in an hour we’re going to eat again we will not be probably Austin on the other hand he’ll get get his second wind you let me see that I’ll pop it open careful now oh oh my gosh let’s get a nice closeup of that check it out a little Snickers cheesecake we’ll get a little perfect ratio of oh my to go let’s do [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] it hello guys we are at the races second day we just watched the boys go and now it’s going to be the girls distance race we found techno corner so you can see the racers have to go up this huge hill so they’re pumping them up in techno corner honestly before I met Austin I had no idea that cross country skiing could be this hype like it’s pretty hype it is a lot of fun and there’s a lot of people that enjoy sitting outside in the freezing cold for hours on it and watching people race it’s pretty fun we’re going into um the last race of the weekend it’s a girls 10k race uh most the most of the people here are um cheering on Jesse Diggins she’s a Minnesota native um she got fourth in the Sprints yesterday we weren’t sure if she was racing today uh but I believe she’s B 56 so she’ll be at the end of the race so um we’ll show you a few clips of that they’re going to be they get loud for her and she’s pretty hype herself actually so and your bib number doesn’t indicate your place so we’ll have to watch the live um results cuz it’s hard to tell where they’re at but get hi also Jesse Diggin is an olymp gold medalist she’s got wait gold right she’s got a gold she’s got a silver and a bronze so she’s good these people were thinking they got the whole hot dog set up I need a hot dog know let’s just say that hotel breakfast this morning did not do us any favors not it Jesse Diggins is about to come up this hill he’s just warming [Applause] up I’m not looking forward to our drive home though yeah we got a 3-hour drive after this but we learned a lot about the camera too this weekend yeah we [Applause] did so from from what we’ve heard she’s in four she’s got about 15 to 20 seconds to make up to get in that first spot that’s what we’ve heard on her last lap on our last lap she’s she’s definitely moving killing it though she’s moving [Music] [Applause]
