his family has to go in for oh my goodness here are 10 most emotional PGA moments starting with wendam Clark paying respect to his mother wendham Clark won his first PGA Tour Tournament in 2023 after 5 years as a pro the victory changed Clark’s life his first BGA tour Victory came into Wells Fargo Championship now Clark’s first thought was for his mama Lisa Clark who died from cancer in 2013 God Rest her soul now before her demise she was a major inspiration in his life and his career Journey yeah I mean I know my mom’s proud of me um she’s always been proud of me according to the PGA Tour new service winham Clark paid tribute to his mom saying that his mother introduced him to golf to add to that his mom started a great practice of sending him cute small messages in his golf bag gym bag and backpack and at a young age he was pretty embarrassed by these notes because he’d open them in class and his friends would see him and tease him but now I’d do anything to have those notes in my golf bag he claimed now if y’all think that’s quite touching then wait till you hear about the experience of Max hom in the Genesis Invitational Tournament yo I’m talking about a tournament not the band although can you imagine how spicy golf could get if everybody just played Genesis throughout it legit I would pay good money to see a Glee golf crossover you know what I’m saying anyway Max hom another golf champion began the season quite well winning two of his first eight tournaments I can’t say nothing the dude’s you know backing balls 25% of the time you always miss a shot you never take him all right golf balls y’all he got excited and was expecting more wins and with that same energy and momentum he came to the Genesis and Invitational a tournament that he described as very special to him sorry this tournament just means a lot to me so now his expectations was shattered now he shed tears when he recounted the event now he told the PGA Tour news service that when he won in 2021 nobody was present and it pained him not to be able to do so now with everybody present especially his family and his friends but look he tried his best and he also apologized first here saying the event meant a lot to him so he needed the emotional release I am going to win it again he asserted and you know what brother you will you just keep on shooting them balls into the holes man you got this now I got to ask how would you react and feel if you was in his shoes for me I feel mad tight and pinched if they wasn’t size 16 anyway being in somebody else’s shoes is what motivated Eric Van Ruan to play a game for a friend in need one of the most memorable photos of the the 2023 season is that of Eric Van ruan’s Embrace with his caddy Alex on L Cardinals 18th green after the South bunker for a sudden death payoff twice in two days man that skill also get that man some Gatorade I think he need electrolytes okay so after his victory and Delight he flung his Club just bumped his caddy and then hushed the crowd so Burger could match the birdie now Burger on the other hand made a brave effort but rolled it just a few feet past giving Jordan the win when the game serves as a career defining moment you play with an extra punch as was the case with Sergio Garcia and that time I got into a fist fight with a horse Garcia’s Triumph on what would have been balo’s 60th birthday came at a 74th major appearance breaking the record for most major starts before winning with the Breakthrough success coming in his 19th visit at Augusta National and there was a mixture of excitement and wonder at his victory regardless of how y’all feel about Garcia there ain’t no denying that this Vineyard was is long overdue for major Trophy and after so many years now Garcia’s career to find a win came after 22 previous top 10 and Majors making him only the fifth player in history to be the lowest rookie at the Masters and win the Green Jacket next up is Adam Scott’s Grand victory in the 2013 Masters okay so Adam Scott was another champion who had a One-Shot lead to the 2013 Masters giggity now the unsuspecting audience were odd when he won and celebrated with a massive come on Aussie Roar Now angel Carrera saw the excitement from the 18th Fairway and decided to try a different approach a move to force the playoff but that exchange came before Scott’s playoff Triumph at the Masters a win that gave Australia its first Green [Music] Jacket okay so you know how they say everything in Australia is big right I wonder if that applies to their balls too you know golf balls man another emotional PGA moment was Rory the fish Mel Roy’s memorable game at the Ryder Cup nah man ain’t nobody call him the fish that’s a me thing the Ridder cup showdown between Rory and Patrick Reed at Hazel time will be remembered as one of the best if not the best ever full stop baby now after the two traded shots throughout the day back and forth thr on the crowd Reed finally won and this helped the United States win the 2016 Ryder C Reed to show his excitement celebrated with his now famous finger wave while fans cheered with exhilaration expressing their support and [Music] satisfaction some other emotional moments stirred more than excitement but are inspirational in Pace setting in nature as was the case with s pack the first woman in Korea to play on the LPGA Tour
