My name is Erich and I live in Italy welcome to my channel. I used to play golf on and off for many years, but I started my journey again about 8 years ago, changing my swing completely.
My goal is to become a single figure handicap golfer in the near future.
To achieve this goal, I built my own backyard putting green and set up a backyard golf net. I love playing in my backyard green, doing drills, club reviews and playing at the range and at the course to get better at the game and ultimately reach my goal (hopefully).

all right guys so welcome back to another video so today we have uh the lazerus uh on the course we’re going to do a review we have Jullian with us and we have a 54° wedge and we are about uh 85 yards so meters for you will be about 80 MH so he’s going to test them out he’s going to we’re going to give you our opinion on the on those on these wedges so stay [Music] tuned all right so just a little background on Julian he’s a handicapper and he normally has uh he plays with the cway wedges so he he hit about like four or five shots uh into the green and the first thing he noticed is the groups he was really impressed with the groups of the club uh but one thing that he did not like was the the shaft he immediately felt that the shaft was just a little light a little uh too flexible for him uh he noticed that uh that kind of like uh he kind of felt like he was losing a little bit of control but nevertheless he was very very impressed with the groups and the forge feeling of the club so the only thing that he um complained was the Sha it was just a little bit too flexible for his swing uh now he he’s not he doesn’t have like the he’s not super super fast but uh he likes to have a little more stiff on the wedes there so one thing that we notice is like all the balls that hit the green they just stop uh we’re going to check I’m going to show you how they uh how much spin they had but they just basically stop on the green and remember this is winter time so the greens are slightly uh hard and we will still be able to get uh we were able to get some spin on it and I think it’s due to the to those groups right there so they’re brand new but you know it’s about two months on it and they is still I mean they going to check a lot on the greens and so this was a great Advantage I think for uh for any player who’s looking to buy a new wedges that’s something to keep in mind I think if it wasn’t for the Sha he would have Lov this wedges but I mean if you’re a weakend player I don’t think it matters you’re probably even going to notice the difference you know he he plays every day so he’s going to notice the difference in in shaft the feeli the control but uh for a regular player he might not even notice so the the definitely the club face is something to look into it because for that price I mean you’re you’re getting a very good quality product so I would just look into it another thing that we noticed was the bounce on the wedges uh he compared them to his wedges Callaway and if you could if you can see on the bounce it looks like they’re almost shaved on his uh Callaway towards the end of the bounce right there and if you compare that to the Lasser they’re they look very sharp uh I did compare it to my own wages by Cleveland and actually my Clevelands look more like the theer so that’s something that I’m not aware of I’m not sure what are the differences in forgiveness okay so these are some of the shots right here there’s two shots that were very very um very good right here and you can actually see the pitch mark right there and look at the spin that it had and this is during the winter look at the spin that I had on this one so they they’re definitely going to check on the green all right guys so that was my review uh on the course of the leros forge uh 54° by me and uh my friend Julian who is a two handicapper uh the only thing that I could address or that I could you know suggest for the manufacturer or you know if you’re one who want who’s looking to buy this is just make sure that uh the Sha is good for you it might not be um a big deal for a lot of players you know if you’re just a weekend player I don’t think it’s going to matter you know you can grab this I think for as low as like uh from 30 to 40 uh dollars you can grab the whole set for like under $150 and to be honest $150 is what you would pay for a brand new uh just one of you know of the uh of the tieless uh wedges so look into it uh I can tell you that the quality is pretty good it’s a forge Mill and that’s check pretty good around the green so my only concern I not concern but my only the only downside would be just the shaft I think but that could be depending on the player you know it depends on what kind of player you are for Julian is a very skillful player he pays attention to a lot of his wedges he’s probably used to his wedges now so he just noticed that a little bit of U Less control with his shaft but he was impressed with the club face so something that you may look into it it may be cheaper to just change the shaft rather than buying you know one of the brand new uh Brands because I mean to be honest I can look at the club face and it seems like a very good quality I mean don’t get me wrong I’ve been having this for already a couple of months and they’re holding up pretty good so guys that was my review on the course review of the lerus uh Forge wedges I did a review with spin numbers you can check on check that and then I did a review on just general uh my general opinion on the wedges with the simulator as well so this is the first review that I’ve done uh on the course and I think it has changed a lot because you know you don’t have any numbers back by uh simulator but you can actually see for yourself what you know the trajectory you can see uh and have your own opinion on on what you think what you think of the uh of the product so so guys I hope you enjoy the video make sure to leave a like and if you haven’t subscribed to the channel make sure to do so thanks for watching guys until next [Music] time I think for the price they are good!! I have the Wilson Harmonized 60° it is also a cheaper one as well. Also in my older set I had a 56° and 52° from Inesis they were also nice. Very nice review Erich!!🏌♂⛳
