that you know with an iron stand there I could just like see the shot if I want to hit it low through the wind no spin on it I could hit that shot I could I could hit it just put bit drawer on it hold it you know feel like I holding it solid through through the shot and just hit it press it like that I just don’t feel I’m finding that regular enough yeah the reason for the video is for yourselves because you’re only going to remember well less than 10% of what I say and probably the only bit of the AR can remember is the bit when you had a bit of success and you’re like oh Marcus said this I did that and it’s like I just want to go straight to that part of the video or I want to watch that or yes okay that was maybe some terminologies we framed it some some there was some kind of powerful attachment to it but it’s the other 90% that we’ve done that’s on the video that actually gets you to that 10% that you’ll be experiencing when you see some change and feel it that was a better strike but it’s have you been on a pressure plate before have you done any kind of ground ground work no have you worked on lower body before no not really right you’re still loading into the floor and you’ve used up almost all of your rotation basically the levers are get just getting fired early and you’ve got to really let them go but then if you’ve got it you’ve also got to tighten them up to control so there’s a bit of conflict there once we get the lower body plain ball so once we create a bit of a spring mechanism I need a bit of a flail really no no what we need a flail with a leg okay I’m going to show you how how how you flail the leg so this see this Le left side here I’m not interested in actual positions I’m just want to show this reference here and you see the hip the ankle and the knee your knee is outside that line so we can’t really use a very powerful extension so if I’m here got spring if I’m there that’s all I’ve got and to get to that point you’ve actually rotated so the rotation that would be reacting to this is already gone the chain is fired and this is just reacting really just to support the firing of the upper chain what we’ve got to do is we’ve got to Spring load the body so this is the flail I say it’s a FL it’s like a whip from the ground we should still be just letting ourselves swing back and then like every sport you don’t like actively hit from the from the as soon as you get back there still you’re still leaving it leaving it you just don’t even get involved right guys so you just jump on as you go into your tip toes just feel it elevate you so you push down lifts your belt buckle belly button up it just pops you now I want you to just up straight and just twist your hips for me just on the own okay now what I want you to do is just relax cuz that’s a bit stressful on the back I want you to make a walking action we’re going to look at talk what I want you to do now is I want you to rotate your belt buckle let your knee collapse in to assist the rotation of your hips and pis yes that’s good just wait to hold that okay out nice and high and I just want you to do it keep that bottle still put it on the head now no now but what I am going to do is take that one open up your palm now that’s got to stay balanced on there I want you to keep looking at the bottle twist your HPS what we’re doing is reducing noise your body was turning your head turning your shoulders to twist the hips your upper body is a lot quieter now and I want you to feel the activity in the lower body and twisting the hips whilst this is qu quiet and still big twist with the pelvis if you can with the V back there you go yes so now without that see if you can just keep your upper body nice and quiet and still look forward and then so this isn’t that’s better the twist in the hips big twists there you go so what we’re able to do very quickly is to asssociate lower body from upper body yeah otherwise we’ve got a problem every time we try and turn the hips in the lower body upper body goes with it and that’s what we see in your go s yeah and then spraying that’s it so we might do a little step Dr in the minut that’s it we’re going to see how you go awesome how you going different feeling it just felt good when I when it got to the ball it felt right you were down and then you went up and your ball slightly left to Center so you’re making that’s a real effective shift with the drop great three not bad to but stayed down then yeah that’s your AES heel in terms of I stayed down through the ball didn’t go up yes that’s what your body’s typically used to do it yeah yeah yeah just feels unnatural on this to hit a ball yeah but if you want you get dropping and popping it’ll be easy nice there you go wow feel yeah was that solid wasn’t it the board is so important in the way you’re using it now guys for resetting your timing you start your range session with this take the board you have it the side of the range one two three hit a few shots maybe you can always put it the side of the r of the mat so you kind of level yeah just set a few shots if you love the coaching and want to experience the effects of the just way too long a stride shorter more pronounced drop drop yes and the to springing to a finish just take a little step as you twist the foot way too long yeah you’re not used to springing just cuz your body’s you it’s asking it’s wanting to ability and to stay in the ground we’ve got a spring better but we should be off the floor so drop in and jump off yes that’s all we need first so it’s fine it’s safe and again then you’ll start to land into a finish better yeah that was Nor 18 you’ll feel it yeah my body weights off the ground and it’s back on perfect see foot then yeah reacted yes so cuz you were unweighted if you’re stuck in the floor The Telltale sign is you can’t that can’t budge yeah and it’s not great for your ankle yeah okay it’ll just start you’ll startop but you went you un waited in order to twist it it’s interesting to twist it more your body want to make more step narrow step more twist what that means is you got to use your hip you got to twist yes the knee yes switch the knee and foot in yes now see if you can land into your finish bril brilliant very good have we go awesome you left there different feel yeah it is yeah and then you can leave it so late with a gold CL yeah when you’re playing with those guys Mark James and David Guilford you just watch how late their snap relas how late they just let that club go it’s like they’re long they’re long gone with their movement and the club comes yes shot so beautiful strike more up the face yeah if you so your path was more to the right then yeah but your face wasn’t as close it wasn’t closed enough yeah okay so you can start to let yourself swing to the right and let yourself get up you can Freewheel it very good sounds better that yeah it’s beautiful I could hit that harder it harder i’ hit straighter you know what I mean that’s that’s a feeling you want isn’t it the harder you hit it the straighter it goes be positive yeah that’s awesome can move to the right a bit different feeling sounding different that yeah that’s the sound that’s the already the sound we getting of that compression yeah it’s kind of springing off the face should I try and hit it late as well you’re all trying to hold something off so you never hold something off you have to move something else earlier for something to come later you’ve got a we’ve got a flawed mechanism if we have to hold something off so you’re just going to slow the whole thing down you’ve got to be able to basically if you want that to be later this has got to be better and then you can let this come later that’s awesome you can just now orientate yourself more that way in your drop yes yes yeah well done that was awesome cuz that took a shift yeah that took a real shift that way then yeah concerted effort to do that was good that was nice yeah that was very good that had more of a flail through the whole body like a whip yeah gra the driver a couple drivers yet awesome different yeah well played that’s brilliant
