The right elbow is up and out & the left wrist is cupped?

The first swing setup will cause you to hit down on the ball, which is a no go for driver.

The right elbow is higher than the left elbow in the first view .
Chicken wing
He’s not leaning in the second shot. In the first shot, he was leaning like he was trying to get his head over the ball as much as possible.
1st one (from the angle provided) looked like a pick and a slight sway. The 2nd had less sway and no pick.
