Wrist Tumble Golf Swing Tip with Mark Crossfield, golf professional.
try my wrist tumble drill for the best golf shot you’ve ever hit get your downswing position where your hands are opposite waist height make sure you can see the pad on your glove pointing out in front of you now from here I want you to Tumble your wrist down level with your Trail th meaning you’re going to turn your knuckles down to the ground and move that pad out of view tumbling those wrists down this way will set the face on a much better angle to allow you to hit straighter shots do some little half swings hitting this shot with this tumble F and then work it into full shots you are very welcome

Have you done a video explaining grip tension?
Isn't it easier to turn the wrist down sooner, like, at the top of the backswing? I find trying to do it halfway down VERY difficult to do, since you only have a fraction of a second to do it.
