The RUD i-SOCK is a unique ice gripping anti-skid shoe sock, that provides traction on snow and ice. Made from patented “ferrofiil fiber” (textile with metal combined) the i-SOCK presents a roughened surface to the ice which creates traction. Two great features of the i-SOCK is that they will not damage floors, like a spiked product, so they can be used for short periods of time indoors e.g. shopping centres and other snow free areas and you don’t need to take them off when you’re driving.
i-SOCK is particularly useful on days when slippery frosts form and on thin depth, patchy transitional environments (ice, snow, clear pavement, then ice again) conditions which present slip hazards, but do not warrant a spiked ice grip.
