Check out every televised shot from the final round and ensuing playoff of Jordan Spieth’s first PGA TOUR win at the 2013 John Deere Classic. 19-year-old Jordan spe ready to get his day started boy every week this young man shows up on the leaderboard he’s seen a lot of TV time as well good decision leaving University of Texas turnning Pro yeah only 116 yds clean lie back right hole location must have caught it just a couple of grains of sand heavy for it to come up that short that will be a monster putt Patrick Rogers Walker cup teammate in the last walker cup Jordan speed in fact they played alternate shot together in the Walker cup he that’s not a very good putt not going to be happy with that first putt of the day now Jordan speed for his par at the first a disappointing way to start his day he’s pretty tough mentally though that’s the one thing about it 19 it’s amazing how he’s tough mentally and uh he’ll hang in there I’m sure and Jordan spe a 19-year-old ripped his drive down there this is a par five he’s just lobbing it into the green and he will have a chance for an eagle back to two and Jordan speed for an eagle just under 20 ft never really online easy easy birdie but that’s the way this hole’s been playing you won’t be too excited it’s uh just a four politely acknowledges a little bit of an Applause but this is an eagle chance early in this final round up at number three now Jordan spe difficult spot flop it up there it is going uphill so that’s underneath the hole and well done a chance to save his bar now the fourth our first look at this dog leg left to right Par Four oh got on the front four a birdie little left to right and he thought he’d made it even par through four holes including a par five and a short on Approach at number one and The Talented 19-year-old Jordan SP for yet another birdie what a player he is in yeah it’s just amazing every week isn’t it David he’s right up there didn’t finish top 10 last week but has got five top 10 in on the years seven top 25 finishes he’s made 11 cuts to 10 and the brilliant teenager from Dallas Jordan SP he doesn’t have his University of Texas colors on SUNY must be having a laundry [Applause] day Jordan Speed right back in it once again over at the 11th yeah no surprise just a couple underpar today oh everything pushing that ball to the right it doesn’t turn that the screen slop significantly from back to front so nicely positioned though at 15 under Jordan spe another birdie chance they’re all going close so interesting to watch him he just has this presence about him that he belongs out here and you talk about a guy with the future now at the 14th where the teas are up if you go the green all kinds of interesting chip shots bunker shots oh that was well played and did tap in we’ll double check the leader board spe with his chance for a birdie to go to 17 under so much can happen on the close in stretch to take advantage of the opportunities and he does the little fist pump thank you right in the [Applause] middle looking on young Mr spe deep in the rough at 15 oh what a shot well when you’re 19 you just go for it and that’s what he’s done and uh this is some thck rough just needed another foot on the carry just get it into The Fringe and let it roll down almost but he hit a fantastic up and down back at 14 good touch o to be 19 again this forar to stay at 1700 knew at the moment he hit it so the 19-year-old who will turn 20 and 13 days drops a shot after backto back birdies now at 16 oh right at It Fabulous young player this is up at 16 Jordan spe trying to make amends for the bogey on the last five top 10 this year including a tied second in Puerto Rico just 19 years old Jordan spe not 17 underpar 17 Jordan spe second shot come on be there 312 t-shot 246 on the second oh just that little bit of a left hand bounce and he’s on the green you can see from long range what a difficult ho location 17 Jordan SP 21 yards to go I’m very surprised he’s not got the caddy attending the flag stick help him with a bit of alignment and a feel for distance jeez not a bad result that was almost like Troy Madison last year holding that same py y SMI for the two put birdie confidence stroke the fist pump well played shook off that bogey at 15 toughest ho in the course this week little ball below the feet there too which uh usually shoves the ball to the right spe after a big Drive doesn’t like it yeah that’s why off to the right and hops into that uh back ride bunker yeah the LIE didn’t help with the water on the left as we mentioned before it’s so hard to turn it off that lie heel can get dug in and pull it way left back at the John Deere classic Jordan SP well not an easy shot here to get up and down oh goodness gracious Jordan spe how about that birdie at the last cuz that was motoring and you got the pond on the other side wow to tie for the lead at 19 under he’s hold it 65 with the uh routine birdie at 18 the 19-year-old is 19 under you know it appears there they caught it a bit Hing oh wow well that’s why you a at the flag said one of his goals was to win as a teenager he will turn 20 on July 27th so couple of weeks shy of that 20th birthday it’s been a while since a teenager has won a PGA Tour event just drilled that oh man that is absolutely that’s miles delicious just a sand wedge left [Music] go just right not bad maybe just a fraction Steep and a little deep divot [Applause] there this for the [Applause] win I cannot believe he was short no that’s okay it was was a good stroke might be too aggressive and knock it four or 5T by at least he’s in for [Applause] four F the CLE look good too he’s so casual about it isn’t he so unflustered there’s another 20 or 30 yards Beyond Zack again look at that might be in his divot from last time there it is I’m not sure he’s Fe feeling any pressure 166 y n 16699 perfect punching an eight that is to the right definitely needs a kick to the left oh in the thick stuff not so easy from there just got to lob it on the green rolling but you’ve got to make quite a good swing I like to play these deadhand a longer swing of the club head with my arms rather than a hinge so let’s see how he does it 6 OR7 ft for the par but really with Zack Johnson in there with 12T for birdie who was thinking about trying to hold it just a little right of Center this one no nerves for the 19-year-old beautiful I don’t think any moment is too big for this [Applause] guy Bree off the left just pushing these Balls to the right for sure if these players can feel it back there it’s a good Point Breeze comes up the bank there off the Rock River can’t really feel it back in the trees on the tea let’s see what Jordan can do pting through the shadows as well there got the flag out putting that’s the wise choice [Music] great [Applause] effort so on they go not one time the left and hugging kind of dangerously needs a kick and that will stay up in that rough David about a yard too far left okay so we’re looking at 169 is what we want to hit it 260 [Music] minus 60 170 169 you were a sixth grade math teacher y 170 double checking bro there a little wind helping yeah I just blast okay I like it that [Applause] yep boy that took a heest spch left and actually looked like it might have gone in the bunker but no it’s perfect fine yeah perfect and he’ll be able to spin it back there be land it at the hole and spin sit out drove it in a little hard drove it in a lot hard Bo I heard him say sit down the moment he made contact with it one [Music] time like that little bit of a challenge coming back life changing it so many ways to win on the PGA Tour all right trickles that in nicely done pressure pop there and all three players are still alive to win the title here’s the 19-year-old be what a two putt he made on the last one hello well those are very close together those first two Michael come here I don’t like that hit a little seven low and straight the middle of the green and barely hit it just keep it under this tree I don’t like cutting it around the tree with an ad just a straight ball yeah just kind with the corner just trying to get on the green anywhere yeah yep with yeah he did is it too quick no it’s perfect what a shot how about that for a 19yearold even if it goes over the back that is the shot of a lifetime and he knows it for the win just a little fluffy coming through that Fringe didn’t get onto the green with any speed any impetus so a lot of things will open open up for Jordan spe as they will for David Hearn should it continue Zack that’s a nice way for the defending Champion to conclude but uh unfortunately found the water and that will eliminate him from the playoff should it continue has to go in you misre it yeah disappointing way to finish for David Hearn the one back at 17 will be the one that he’ll uh lose a bit of sleep over I’m sure and now it’s all about [Applause] history asking for everyone to be quiet he’s got this remaining to reach his goal of winning as a teenager on the PGA tour two weeks shy of his 20th birthday what a story he’s done it first Teenage winner in a PJ Tour event since Ralph Goodall in 1931 at the Santa Monica open Jordan SP the winner of the John Deere Classic on the fifth hole of sudden death at the age of 19 his first p GA tour Victory and I believe the first of many what a moment for that young man Jordan SPI
